This practice is demonic and not of God. This is the work of the lying spirit - the serpent spirit and it is aimed at deceiving believers who are not grounded in the Scriptures to fall into error. The Christian faith is based on FAITH and not on sight or strange visualization practices. Hebrews 11:1 tells us that faith is the substance of things hoped for, the evidence of things not seen. I was praying about this and the Lord told me "it's fantasy, like Alice in Wonderland". As many that practice this are opening themselves up to demonic infestations and unknowingly moving into darkness. This is a doctrine from the kingdom of darkness, run far from it!
