Embarking on another year of adventures, I jetted off to Puerto Vallarta, Mexico, on New Year’s Eve to bask in warm weather for my 49th Birthday on January 10th. This episode unfolds the enchantment I encountered there - from the splendid weather and delightful encounters with people like David, Alejandro, Amy, Christine, to reuniting with friends Sage & Ash. Battling fatigue associated with Fibro and experimenting with Kratom, relishing exquisite dishes like the heavenly quesatacos, and even sharing my adventure at a cozy gathering at Abraca Chakra, a kava and kratom bar. And the unforgettable two-tier birthday cake (pineapple upside down cake on top of tres leches) crafted by Chef Sage with edible 24k gold-covered chocolate was a true gourmet delight.
Despite fatigue limiting my exploration, my time was nothing short of amazing.
Anticipating Mexico's cannabis legalization, I look forward to returning to discover pain-relieving yet energizing cannabis sativas and explore what I missed this time around.
On January 17th, I returned to San Francisco, eager to continue the extraordinary adventure I call life, crafting episodes of the magic that unfolds.
