- Damn this is a fun one, it functions kind of like sweet universe where if you kill the spawned servants you gain the buffs they give to morgan as well. You enter a final duel of some sorts with morgan after clearing all the mobs and you just have this one super buffed unit fighting morgan with the exact same buffs. She has a lot of stacks of damage resist so forget about rushing it.

She's just buff stacking with taunt CEs
She's actually introducing us to the servants she recruited to help make the Morganfest happen! For example there's Nightingale, Sanson, Paracelcus, and Asclepius who were on the medical team; The Merlins being the narrators; etc.
It's pretty cool actually :D

The servants summoned are actually the MorganFes staff she recruited (as what you can see on one of the CEs). Taikoubou and Merlin for commentators, Lady Avalon as Field Reporter, Douman as assistant, Sanson + Nightingale + Para + Asclepius = medic staff. I dunno about the rest in their roles though

Personal experience: Bring Castoria, preferably with NP Overcharge CE, the more overcharge per NP, the better, Proto Merlin on the last slot with np per turn CE, and/or Tamamo if you have her. If you have Tamamo, put her on the third slot and slap her with MLB Imaginary Scramble or a Kaleidoscope. If missing one of these supports, use Xu Fu to replace them. Note that Castoria is essential to the comp, especially during the early to mid part of the fight, and so she can't be replaced. If you don't have her, use a friend's. Lastly, your best AOE art looper, (preferably with self-charging skill), Mashu form 1 with NP CE if possible, and anyone who can either taunt or give invincibility/evade for your DPS.
Turn 1 isn't that important. If your AOE art looper isn't the best or you don't have the charge to clear the first wave of servants, build NP charge for the second wave onward. The first turn buff isn't that impactful since the anti-divine trait doesn't work on Morgan and the star gen increase isn't that impactful once Proto Merlin comes into play.
On turn either turn 2 or turn 3, that's when you want to start your looping engine. If you brought a Tamamo, use her NP after your arts looper to help with the initial charge and healing any damage (with Kaleidoscope or MLB Imaginary Element, Castora's first skill should have charged her gauge up), and switch her out with Proto Merlin the turn after. *Make sure to alternate the turn when you give Castoria's art buff and Proto Merlin's arts buff so that your loopers have a constant stream of arts buff.
From then on, try to spam your NP each turn to collect every buff. If that's not possible, save your NP on buffs you want your main DPS to have. *Look especially for the art buff that comes on either turn 4 or 5 as that helps with Looping a lot when your arts buff from Castoria or Proto Merlin is on downtime. Whenever possible, use Castoria NP *after* someone's NP and/or with Proto Merlin's skill 2. If you have an Overcharge CE on her, her first 1-2-3 NP should have 4-5 blocks, so the starting phase should be relatively safe. *Save Proto Merlin's 3rd skill whenever you don't have Castoria's block up and when things get dicey.*
If Proto Merlin or Castoria dies, have Mashu take their spot.
Play it slow, play it safe, focus on getting arts chain with Castoria whenever possible, and pray that Morgan doesn't hit your Castoria 7 times in the span of 3 turns. I swear to god she was programmed to prioritize Castoria.
The two best art looper here, from what I've seen, was Summer Ibuki and Muramasa. Ibuki is self-explanatory, she's a monster, and Muramas's passive does give him the edge in terms of damage over many other loopers. He’s NP ignore defense which is very useful against Morgan’s double defense buff, and he also has a constant 30% arts up and NP damage up once his engine starts running so he's pretty self-sustaining.

Took me a hour and countless "save-scum" just to clear this quest.
Morgan somehow kept attacking my Castoria, deleting 2 or 3 of her np shields every time.

She has priority on atk Castoria lol, I ran with Astraea instead of AoE NP serv to just pick and choose which buff I want and manage invul so that she can't attack 3 times. The quest is pretty easy tbh.

Finally cleared this with Astrea Lady Avalon Mash Castoria and that 1 star Lancer in Learning with Manga event with Taunt Ce pn her
Won’t cover every turns but here is how I did it but I will give some tips
1.KILL REINES unless you are using Foreigner
2.Try to take all buff if that is possible
3.Try to kill enimies that give Defense buff combo that with Reines buff and Mash buff and you basically unkillable unless Morgan crit you
4.You can ignore some buffs that you don’t need because that will make Morgan get less action (in my case it quick buff from SSkadi)
5.use Aoe servant that can crit or Single target servant that crit for a lot of damage
6.When Douman and Taikoubou come in and charge Morgan up don’t panick because she still have Np seal on her
7.Mash is very good here
8.Try to have hard defense for Morgan last bar and After Taikoubou and Douman die/left
That all the tips I have hoping this help some people that can’t beat this CQ
Castoria shield is good and all but I Value Mash Def buff here unless you use Solemn Defense team

Honestly it was easy.
I just used support Ibuki and f2p supports, her gains are no sense and with the event CE you don't even need to think about the damage, just leave first and second skills for Morgan.

I don't get why Koyanskaya of Dark's NP makes a crater at the end -- isn't the entire thing that made the Tunguska Event so mysterious the fact that there was no impact collision?
The Tunguska Meteor did explode midair in the records and that's also what happened in FGO story, and you can see it being used like that during the Beast IV Lost fight
However, Koyan Dark version doesn't have to replicate that same phenomenon and just have the meteor land for impact

Unrelated question.... How did you make the np animation so fast? I already turn on my fast np option but it still look slow/same speed as normal np animation .

Other function seems fine and doesnt lag, but its just that the np animation seems in normal speed even f I turn on double speed np

You need aoe dps to grab the buffs, but st np to defeat Morgan fast....it hurts without whale setup.

how the hell are normal players supposed to beat this
borrow castoria, have an aoe dps. idunno what qualifies as "normal players" but if you have a half decent team you should be able to tackle this in a stall fashion. basically the fight has no pressure until all the servants morgan summons dies. There is even a jinako solo, if you want to borrow one.
Tried it a few times, failed n gave up. Probably gonna try it again when my CS are up.

In fact someone already solo this quest with Jinako
