  • The attorney-client privilege is one of the most important benefits of legal representation. In short, it means when you speak with a lawyer, what you tell them is confidential. The attorney-client privilege is also in effect during an initial consultation with a lawyer you choose not to hire. The lawyer cannot waive this privilege of confidentiality, only you can.

(This is older post and makes me feel safe so please if u r still replying to messages I need your advice very badly....quick n short ...
I drove my daughter car to pick her up from work and we were pulled over , we r now fighting those tickets but separately and apparently our lawyers got together and came to us together to offer a deal. , I said"no" and my lawyer (man) said" she's trouble" and took me out to hallway and yelled at me:( and other lawyer talked my daughter into the plea , she had her seat belt on , but felt it was her fault cuz was her car) anyways , when we went into front of the judge the lawyer told the judge that I was a uncontrollable client and quit on me , :/ ya:( now I have another state appointed
    Attorney
    And judge hates me ,
but realized after , our lawyers had to of been talking making deals before even meeting us
What can I do.. nothing right
and a lady from the court calls and ask my daughter questions about me and she doesn't ask me about my daughter .but says she is non bias to the case and is not a probation officer or anything. It a court officer?

In my opinion, it should be a privilege and immunity for an Officer of the Court engaged in public defense to file class actions on behalf of the disenfranchised and should be considered a first civil option before any more rigorous and coercive use of force.
