If I’m correct that fiberglass shell had the drip rail on the roof , it’s very difficult to put that feature into the mold and glass the shell without voids so well done to whoever made it . Quite a few time attack cars with big aero apparently more or less run on the bump stops due to the high downforce and many LMP’s have a third damper with a rubber washer. The mini used rubber cones many decades prior to them and still do , way ahead of its time in many ways .

I like it when you're nervous! Came out well and hope the extra bit of space is appreciated.
There is so much space I might buy a bed in passenger side haha
I'm looking forward to this one!
I’ll be starting my one soon as well. Got some good ideas for that
Great work
Thanks mate
Nicely done
👍🏻👌🏻🙏🏻
Interesting to see what needs to be different for the longer shell - great as always.
Thanks buddy
Ifind it helps to drill a 3mm hole in the tubes before welding to let any air escape
I do that sometimes on short tubes
...and thankyou for the porosity tip. Discipline!!!
Your welcome buddy
Cool
As a cucumber lol
