You talking about birch plywood (home depot) not Russian Baltic Birch....RBB is stronger than any other plywood period and it cost twice as much...facts not fiction.
I was wondering if you could help me with this question trying to see if my box is to big I couldn't find any one to build it for so I built it myself for my tahoe I got 4 death bounce 3512s on 2 taramps smart 8k the box is 48"w 30"L 21"H 6" square port it sounds good but don't really like to play high bass play lows like 28hz pretty good my buddy says it's too big. What you think?
it doesnt matter what he thinks if it sounds good to you ..if you listen to allot of rap or rebassed usic then playing low is good ,,just depends on what you like!
