Loki needs to be reunited with Frigga even if it’s just for a minute. Thor got one now it’s Loki’s turn.
I mean, Loki Season 2 is out. They might meet again in a branched timeline. Who knows?
That’s exactly what I’m hoping we’ll get in season 2.
True true! Esp now that he's god of stories.
I think, Loki needs to talk to Odin. The burden of glorious purpose is probably something he can understand.
Loki season 3 that be a good idea
I love how Loki's character development in the show directly ties back to Frigga. His mother's love for him is the silent catalyst for all of it. In the first film she is the one who believes he can be a good king in Thor's absence. When he screws that up by trying to take his emotionally absent dad trauma out on the universe, she lets him know in TDR that she still loves him but also wants him to a)take accountability for his actions, and b)learn to know and love himself so he can find his true purpose. By the end of season 2 he has achieved all three things Frigga wanted for him: he's taken accountability for his mistakes, he's learned to understand/love himself and embrace his real purpose, and he has acquired the true throne meant for him all along.
Frigga would be so proud of her boy. No I am not emotionally okay why do you ask
I'm not emotionally okay too
Thank you for making me cry
Actually I didn’t just interested in the comments
It's sad to think this is the last thing he said to her before he inadvertently had a hand in her death. What's more, earlier Odin said "Frigga is the only reason you're alive and you will never see her again." And that's coming from a guy who lies 80% of the time. Just imagine Loki's guilt.
you play God of War: Ragnarok havent you lol
If you notice in the first episode of loki he cries when he sees her death and that version of him hadn’t experienced that event and yet there you go he was balling his eyes out because he really loved his mom more than anyone
“Is that how I’m meant to while away eternity? Reading?”
He then proceeded to spend millions of years reading physics
The face in Loki regretting his word to his mom. He feels sorry
So sad to see Thors mother go so early in the movies
A true mother can read her son like a book, Loki knew he can’t hide from Frigga’s motherly eyes seeing through him 1:44
she prolly didnt even need to use her power
"HE'S NOT MY FATHER!!!! "👍 Best line ever, it make the movie so memorable
That line when he shouted it made me jump the first time I saw this in theaters!
@@jackkavanagh6337 I was like that too when I was a kid. I jumped whenever someone shouted out of nowhere in the movie
@@adriannunez6594glad to see I’m not the only one!
Those words, of course, come back to haunt him egregiously after Frigga is killed not long after.
I love how Frigga knows he’s just saying it because he’s mad and angry, but you can still see the tear in the corner of her eye. Nobody wants to hear those words from their own child, no matter the reason
No Wonder why the Loki series is so good. He always deliver the best emotional scenes.
Tom is so young and baby-faced here, he's beautiful. No wonder Loki has so many fangirls. If it was any other actor the character wouldn't even be half as popular.
😔 Such very poor choice of final words to his mother
Came back after seeing ep 2 of loki season 2 where Brad (X-5) brings her up in that episode.
"Your not" immediately
(Face of regret)😢😢
That was mean of him to say "You're not" to a woman who raised him and loved him as her own. 😢The pain in voice and hers are real.
That moment of hesitation before he says shes not his mother, he never meant it, he was angry and betrayed by the man he called father, he trully had nothing agaisnt his mother.
She’s the only person Loki would die for.
I mean He literally died for Thor 😭
I always liked this film, the quality is far better than today's marvel films.
Mother's reaction when loki said that 'she's not her mother was heart touching '💚
RIP Frigga 😭✝️
Don’t worry Loki… she could see past all your illusions
Rant.
Odin two milliseconds after telling Loki he's adopted: I sleep
Odin when his wife is backhanded across the room by an assassin meant for him: I sleep
Odin when Loki tries to wipe out his own species in frustration: I sleep
Odin when Thor starts hitting his bridge: REAL SHIT
Odin when Loki is expressing catharsis as a result of litteral centuries of neglect and powerplay: "no loki"
Odin when Loki commits suicide right in front of his face: "no."
Odin learning that Loki is alive like a year later: "Life in prison. You're lucky it ain't execution."
Perfectly summed up Odin's failure at parenting 😂
Loki: literally having an existential crisis and just wants to know the truth
Odin: 🥱😴💤🛌
Maaan...If Frigga could see him now. Pretty much the God of the multiverse. Not only that but...he is the type of God, surly Frigga *always* wanted him to be. Benevolent god 💯
Frigga would be proud of Loki now, the God of Stories
its sad to cuz he only says "no your not" not even saying mother in the sentence cuz it would be to difficult for him to say cuz he truly cares
Loki's right. Humans have lied endlessly in the name of power, greed, and our own demons.
But his mother is right about him. He is open-minded about everyone but himself. at least he isn't completely.
actually cynical and close minded is the proper wording of everyone but himself, I relate to loki for than anybody because I am alot like him in personality besides for reacting like a spoiled brat hating their parents for the lies I was fed about humanity's supposed greatness.
@@Valaso-Osalav except for the good fact that you weren’t trying to wipe out and start a war on half the human race just to make a point to your parents like he was .
@@Peace.Fandomyou never know what he's up to...😅
He reached for her and she atleast knew that before she died.
I think I heard a theory somewhere that a tiny bit of the mind stone was still influencing him, which is what led Frigga to say that he’s always perceptive of everyone but himself
wow, just nope. Thats so reaching. Cant have meaningful dialogue just as a character without thousand little easter eggs? Cmon m8. She is his mother. She raised him. She knows him. She says "always so perceptive". Its not a trait Loki gained with mind stone. She literally mentions he always was like it. It wouldnt even make sense, otherwise she would have to be suprised by his "knowledge", when he in fact doesnt present anything he didnt learn already to her. + why would you even want that to be the case? Its not cool. It totally diminishes his last interaction with his mother making it not about character, but about some artefact. Baffling, the theory and nonsense reasons behind it people come up with even if there stands no improvement to the character or the scene in question behind it. Not to mention utter lack of logic and actual contrary evidence in the scene you are watching to back the opposite up. So not even 'how', cause we know thats false. 'Why' - would be appropiate question
I always took it to mean "you're not" as alluding to her being there in an illusory form, which is why she followed up with the perception line.
Reaching 😭
"Piss off, ghost!"
I miss THAT loki
Fantastic
❤I love this scene so much!!
Great content
And to think that was the last time he'd see her
Casting for Thor is the best ever in Marvel
I know Loki has issues. How did he not blame himself for his predicament?
He blamed Odin , Odin was not exactly the best dad ever ,you can also love and be angry with someone at the same time
loki loved his mama soo much! Thor and odin were too busy restoring "order"
She is probably one of the most underappreciated characters in the MCU. *I* didn't even realize until watching these clips. This movie was so bad I never watched it more than once, but there are a few good pieces in it.
0:42 well...that didn't aged very well 😅😢
See he hesitated for a second before he said no. That means loki really did love his mom and considered her mother despite saying the opposite god I wish love and thunder showed Valhalla more where OG loki is with frigga and Odin
WOW AWESOME AMAZING SUPERB MAGICAL TOP
Nice
"He ' s not my father" line was emotional
Can’t lie wish that magic was real it be fun learning all the spell Loki can use in real life.
Wow this scene hurts
When you know you messed up, he knows that blood doesn't have to make her his mother. I know it eat at him that does were his last words to her.
Ojala loki pueda ver a su familia otra vez
A su madre o a thor
Seria hermoso
Loki is hero
In the end he spent couple of centuries reading
This is why you need to mind your tongue when you speak to your parents, because it might be the last thing you said to them. Loki saying Frigga was not his mother was a terrible thing to be said as we all knew she died not long after. Loki was also responsible for her death as he was the one who showed the way to the villain which led them to Frigga resulting her killed. He will bear that guilt for the rest of his life.
💪🏻😎🔥
😮
😢
Wish he had a chance to talk to Thor before he made his choice.
where's wagner when you need him?
My frigga
Frigga please..
Can you lend a frigga a pencil.
What's up, my frigga
Hi
👍👍🤗🤗🤗🥰🥰🥰🤩🤩🤩
Loki done terrible things
Hello
i dont understand one thing. Is his real mother there with him or is just an illusion created by loki?
Everything Loki can do, he learned from Frigga. That was Frigga’s illusion talking to Loki. She was there, yet she wasn’t.
She was there but as an illusion - like a hologram. They are talking, she's just not actually present in the cell with him.
@@hardstyle905instinct that’s his mother
Every child, no matter how old, wants and craves the affection and care of their mother. Tempers flare, but at the end of the day, she loved him unconditionally, and he loved her as the only Mother he'd ever had. @@hardstyle905
take it like a video call but 3D
Rene Russo is flawless ❤
Who was Loki's birth parents?
Odin he is un fracaso como padre de todos y de loki tal vez loki tenga razón y odin no sivre como padre por perfediencia a thor
Loki hate His Adoptive Mother And Father Brother
No. Just Odin. Which eventually subsides.
First
this movie was great
Look, Tom, I really appreciate how good your acting is, but sometimes the volume of the conversations gets really low, I turn up the volume, and then you just YELL one line so loudly that I'm quite sure even the neighbours could hear it from my laptop's pathetic 2W speakers. Could we have some kind of warning at least when you're going to do that?
