If u keep the party hall at the top, may be difficult in some ways... And privacy of the family may get disturbed.

It must have kitchen, utility room, dining, cloth washing cum drying area,3 bedrooms with attached bath/toilet & individual balconies, bar cum family room facing big terrace, guest hall, gym, table tennis room, puja room, servant room, 2 car parking space. Excellent design but don't you wonder after a tiring day of work no one wants a maze house to settle down rather than a simple single storey building with a simple bed. Requesting for a single storey contemporary villa with pool and safety (less of glass instead of walls). Modern small farmhouse sort

The designs and architecture are always awesome but you miss to add AC provisions - Most or all your house structures does not show any scope to add AC as major interiors are connected to exteriors.
Rain cannot be stopped from entering many of the concept designs.
Can we look ahead for these opportunity areas taken care?
