Amazing design. I have seen this video more than 10 times now. No one can imagine such a great house in such a small plot. I felt few suggestions on seeing this video multiple times. 1. Hall/Living room in the ground floor is separated from the rest of the house. Also stairs start in verandas which means anyone surpassing the gate can reach any room. Both of these issues could have been fixed by starting the stairs from inside the Hall/Living room. 2. Instead of giving one master bedroom in the second floor, 2 bedrooms could have been designed similar to the lower ground which would have increased the number of bedrooms to 4. 3. The bar area in top could have been concreted and option for roof garden can be given; an essential part for go green. 4. Above roof garden the whole plot can be covered with solar panel roofing making use of the free sunlight. 5. Water tanks can be installed above the staircase itself. Other than this your design is marvellous which makes maximum utilisation of plot available. Thanks.
I like almost all your plans, they all look too good & luxurious even in such small plot areas! But pls also make alternate plans which are more practical for Indian houses keeping these 4 things in mind: 1. Summer: Here in India it gets too hot in summer and in such plans, too much sunlight and the glass house effect can make such houses too hot 2. Rains: all open areas in such plans will be a nuisance in the rainy season especially in cities with good rains every year 3. Plants: especially such long creepers, maintaining them will be next to impossible, and even if it’s maintained, lots of mosquitoes, insects, and lizards will be there inside the house 4. Safety: for elders & children, climbing stairs & from thefts! Other than these 4 points, your plans are superb that’s why I am giving constructive feedback 😊So pls make more videos with similar plot areas but more practical plans keeping the above things in mind!
The concept is really great and must say whoever designed this really loves his/her work for sure. In real life maybe the basement can be a basement just for storage with a good seal. And rather then going for a staircase from one side it can be built in house for getting more space. And to be honest there should be at least 4 bedrooms if there are 3 floors in total.
The design is very beautiful, and it is very well planned. Your design offers a very privately modelled space, that to the users I am sure will be very well appreciated. I really like the vertical garden which is so well integrated into the design, it gives a small touch of nature onto the design. Great job and cheers...

We could have an Under ground collector tank for rain water with an automated pumping out motorised system . Further , Rain water if well collected through a filtration system and kept well covered without exposure to light . Then it’s sone pe Subhaga.

Take positivity out off this sincere attempt instead of pesimistic view & don't just throw words on comment section for the sake of it. If you have better idea , you could have shown it already & I would be the first to appreciate dear ones.
Please make a beautiful design 30×30 North face with your specialisation in sweeping pool and tarrice garden and lots of greenery and 3 bed room and 2 car and 1 bike parking

All good and well planned....a few suggestions there is no restroom provided in the first floor level, you could have acomodated a rest room in in the utility area.Provison for small lift could have ben beneficial in the part of ots area. for aged people.

Really nice work even I have been planning to build similar one with rental income and yes definitely a terace pool just for own use nice work keep doing more designs but the garden utility space was not necessary since the plot is not much bigger size
