120%?? No way.
5 factorial is 120 so Walt has to pay Saul $3.6 M
Honestly, Saul could have played it a bit harder here. He wasn't exactly short on cash, going by his car and his place of work. And Walt needs him just as much as the other way around, maybe even more. Gl finding another lawyer that's as good as him and who you can trust with all of your criminal activities.

@@anonymouse221 its crazy.. I think I have also seen this video before Im not sure tho
That is, in fact, the joke
In hindsight, knowing what happens, this was a blessing in disguise for Jesse. A young guy in his 20s, no overt criminal record, no suspicions and now having a bag with tens of thousands of dollars in it, he could go anywhere and start over, star fresh and leave it all behind. But...
he had to threaten that he would sell out Walter which frankly he did in S5
But he was as criminal as Walt
Frankly, that's not a real prospect for the future. In today's America, how long would such a stash of money have lasted? Sooner or later he would have had to start cooking again or take some humiliating job. No matter where it would have taken him within the USA.
@@Chuck_vs._The_Comment_Section stay in Europe
@@Chuck_vs._The_Comment_Section Well, Jesse already bought his old house, so all he needs to spend his money on is food and such, so his money would have lasted for enough time to learn something new and start a new job.

Real sad what greed does to someone. Saul was already well off at this point when you watch BCS.
How sad is it to realise that this was Jesse's extremely brief period of being free of Heisenberg. I bet the El Camino-era Jesse thinks back to this day and chuckles grimly to himself about how angry he was when he should've been dancing with joy.
Yeah he would've been caught by hank anyways so...
He had many more oppurtunities to leave, bu he didn't. He did it because he liked it, it was fun. He was alive.

I always laugh when Jessie delivers the line "you telling me you cooking again?!"
You can now see that Jimmy has fully faded away and Saul has taken over just seeing him push Jesse aside like yesterdays garbage and getting a cut from Walt

"'What the hell just happened? You're MY lawyer, not his!'
Saul's bravado falters a little. Is that a hint of guilt?"
Those poor windshields on that car ...
"The winner takes it all"
For the record, Walt had no business setting terms with Saul. His service was pretty damn good for the cost, especially when anyone else would have screwed Walt over.
Despite being a pretty selfish and terrible person Saul is a very dedicated man.. He really does go all in for his clients.
Walt can read Saul like a book. He knows he wouldn’t mind 5% of 3 million [150k] for just laundering.
What do you mean? Walt has the money, 3m. Saul doesn't. Walk holds the power. Whc
Which by the way 5 percent is 150k of 3m. Saul walked in the desert for 100k in bcs lol
Eh Walt was still pretty pissed Saul bugged his house without his knowledge or consent. So he docked his pay.
That chilli p remark by Walt was savage ☠

Kinda disappointed that the whole situation with Jesse breaking his windshield wasn't explored any further than this scene lol I mean I'd be pretty pissed
Obviously you would be pretty pissed, as would I. But I’m going to assume you aren’t about to be making 5 million in 3 months.
Considering Walt's gonna make 3 million in 3 months, a broken windshield isn't much of an issue.
@@dwight3555 Poor person alert. Having your windshield broken is an issue whether you can afford it or not.
@@mikehawk9784 I mean, Walt had just completely owned Jesse, and turned his life upside down, so Jesse breaking his windshield is hardly a problem. It´s the equivalent of a woman yelling "I faked it!" after getting dumped by her boyfriend. A lot of hot air, but ultimately it doesn´t matter.
@@mikehawk9784 I doubt your financial situation is any better LMAO
Man, how many times has Walt's windshield taken a beating over the course of the series?
Three times by my count. This clip is one. Another time from the airplane crash, and another when he hit the drug dealers.
@@rithrius5384 Damn, still 3 times too many, I was quite sad when Walt impulsively got rid of it, it had been his trusty steed up to that point, not very attractive to look at but dead reliable and could take a pelt to the windscreen like a champ

0:00 Damn Jesse really wanted some fried chicken.
Walt shouldn't have told jesse about him working for gus. Jesse was the bad penny altogether
Nah, Walt could never handle not being the one in charge. Even without Jesse, his ego & ambition would've doomed Gus' operation.
@@KrisJoshJones and Jesse would have known anyways that Walt's been cooking if he saw blue meth flooding the market.
Skyler believed that Walt wanted out of the business. In reality, he wanted to be in charge. Walt was always the bad penny.
It's also interesting to consider, but not plausible, that Walt was trying to prevent Jesse from getting killed. If Jesse cooked Walt's formula on his own Gus would have had him killed for competeing, and Walt would have worked as a slave for Gus
Eh Jesse would’ve figured it out eventually when they no longer bought from him.
There were better ways for Walter to tell him, the condescending way he acts towards everyone to the point he physically cannot accept responsibility for his actions from the start, makes him an incredibly unlikable character
That’s kinda the point
Eh, likability is overrated. Interesting characters make for good stories, likeable or not.

Ah yes, back when cars didn't have alarms. The good ol days 🥷
Easier to steal
To be fair, Pontiac never anticipated that anyone wanted an Aztec, let alone that someone would break into one, so they didn’t include alarms or car locks of any kind. Even putting a windshield in was a last minute decision as it seemed like an accessory item given the Aztec would not move from a lot

There wouldn't be much of a show if they were all buddy buddy all the time
Jessie is a meth addict and he’s not the brightest bulb in the box. He literally doesn’t get on with anyone “close” to him. Aside mike maybe and other addicts.
I wouldn’t say it got “worse” by the end it. obviously did but before that it was more of a slippery slope, there are two times after this were their relationship in terms of affectation for eachother arguably peaks. End of s3 through the beginning of s4. And the entire first half of s5

“that’s the way of the world kid, go with the winner” is a reference of Mesa Verde chosing Kim over HHM. Bravo Vince
God Walt was so unlikeable here. Bear in mind this is a few weeks removed from him allowing Jane to die.
i mean jesse was acting like a brat and treating like the product was 50% his which it wasnt. he taught walt the basics of meth but walt devised the formula himself to create the blue sky. anyone can teach him the basics but only walt was able to develop it to this extent. and even still after jesse copied his recipe he wasnt able to achieve the ladt 3% which gale admitted to being an enormous gulf.
@Sup bro well no technically walter shakkng Jesse around made Jane fall on her back as opposed to fzcing the side in case they do start choking. So she wouldve been fine if she was still facing the side.
@Sup bro but it wasnt overdose. jesse was fine. nowhere does it say they had a lethal dose of heroin. the reason why they slept like that on their side was to prevent choking to death. if that had happen while they were on their side, they wouldve spit it out. thats why when someone is drunk, you roll them on their side if they cant get up on their own. to prevent choking. She didnt die of overdose. Had Walter not moved her position, she wouldve start throwing it up on her side.
@Sup bro the whole point of the scene was to show Walter's first kill that wasn't out of self defense. He couldve saved her (He literally said it in Ozymandias) but he chose not to.
@Sup bro once again, no proof she had too much heroin. Stay salty dog
This was the moment when Walt needed to convince Gus to kill Jesse and everyone would have lived.
Seriously the Fact Jessie went back into selling again is the reason why things got so bad with Gus. If Jessie didn’t try to sell, Hank would never have went after pinkman, if Jessie didn’t try to sue Hank, he would never be working with Walt.
If Jessie didn’t try to sell at a Rehab clinic while working under Gus, he never would’ve found his new girlfriend and her brother who shot combo.
Jessie is the reason why things got so bad, because he’s the one who did really bad things with no consideration of anyone else.
Didn't Walt steel meth from Gus for Jesse to sell?
