Am just catching up here Rachel - been away for a while. Annie Walker - that's going back a bit ! Watched Coronation Street for years with my mum. We always had a cup of PG tips and Butter Osborne biscuits whilst watching 😃. That London cheesecake - was that the pastry one with the shredded coconut on top that we used to buy from the bakers years ago. Annie was probably still at the Rovers Return last time I saw one of those ! Happy birthday - belatedly.
@@Kay-ph1kb Aaw thanks Kay ! I watched Corrie from the age of three till about 10 years ago ! London cheesecake is exactly as you described and my lovely sister has just visited so brought me some ! I stopped watching Corrie when they put it on four times a week , it felt like too much of a commitment! X
Sacrilege not to eat it.The pastry may be a bit dry,could try it with warm custard. Hope Pete stops at the petrol station, on the way home.A Ginsters pie and a bunch of Carnations ! Enjoy your anniversary meal.
