In today's Reshoevn8r cleaning tutorial our very own Jonny Bubbles will be showing us how to bring a pair of Nike Mercurial soccer cleats back to life after they were completely thrashed after being played in. Jonny uses the 3-Brush Advanced Laundry System as it has all 3 of our premium brushes making it suitable to clean the delicate uppers and rugged soles. After giving the cleats a good scrub down , he tosses them in the washer with an ounce of the Reshoevn8r Advanced Laundry Detergent to ensure all of the deep down stains are removed. The shoes came out great and now we can all wear white colored sports cleats with confidence that they will not be ruined after one use.

I think what you did before you put it in the washer was fine for football boots/cleats. Here in the UK Nike Mercurials new are nearly £300 and are made with lots of high spec materials, especially the upper. Putting normal trainers in the washers is fine if that's what you want but would not recommend putting high-end football/cleats in the washing machine. Besides they will get that dirty again after the next football/soccer match. The guide on cleaning boots by hand was really helpful though thank you.

i have these pairs but they got dirty coz my friends pushed me in muddy water and they got super dirty, I'd never dirty them like that on purpose

@@Big_PJ haha yeah the main reason I think, based on my experience playing, is that it looks good and highlights every freestyle trickery the player executes especially when paired with white socks. The white boot in question should only be played in FG “firm ground” situations anyways, so playing it in the SG “soft ground” mud situations is not just bad for warranty, it’s also bad for in-game performance 😆

I have the max aura black/red... I keep them super clean since owning them for the last 7 months and wear them often in my sneaker rotation... for me the trick is to use shoe trees and force fields to avoid the patent leather from creasing too bad... also stuffing the toe box when they're not being worn along with the shoe trees.

Don’t put football boots in the wash, it breaks the materials as they’re not made to be exposed to that much water, and messed up the glues. But good video just make sure you know for next time

@@victormejia4513 you can put them in the washer but I would only do that once in a million years if you really wanted them to look brand new. I just bought white cleats and Im gonna sell them and get all black ones. I can’t handle the pressure of having beautiful but dirty white cleats.
