Hi Sniper wolf my daughter watches you all the time and thanks to your videos and her wisdom she diagnosed me of being “gluten free” I listened to her cuz I have been having bad digestive issues. So I started eating gluten free pasta and wraps! Oh my it had helped me out all the symptoms are gone! Thank God. Also FYI Aldi has a big selection of gluten free products. They even have their own brand titled “liveGfree”

You can eat a cake slice as a dessert if you cut short alittle in your dinner or snacks. Always have a portion size not the whole daym cake lmao
