If he had died in those baking-hot gorges or on the mountains, a tracker dog walked along the ridges would definitely indicate the presence of his body after three days. If he had been murdered there, it would be almost impossible to dig a grave in that parched breccia and thin soil on basalt to hide the scent from a dog. I think that may be why they've called off the gorge search - dead or alive, it's almost 100% certain that he's somewhere else.

God, I’m 34 now but in my teens and twenties I was heavily in the house music scene. I went to Ibiza every year, I had friends work the season. Trust and believe there are kids running around selling drugs for the Moroccans and Albanians so they can foot the bill for their drugs and stay the full season. Now, what happened ALOT was they got to wrecked and either lost/consumed all the drugs and when they have a bill to pay and they don’t have it, they come and take u away. Did he ever make it to that Airbnb? Are the police looking for DNA there now? Was the village used as a base for drug dealing and was the person who was supposed to have seen him bribed or threatened to say she saw him? His phone might have been there but was he? Did someone look at what happened to Michael Moseley and thought " oh that's a good idea, let's make this guy's disappearance look the same"? It is not credible that he went trekking over the sort of territory the police have been searching. If he walked why did he not stay on the road where there might have been traffic which could have picked him up. He arrived at night supposedly so how would he have known where to head for if he had left the road when all he could see was rough ground and nothing to head towards. I don't for one minute think he would know how to navigate by the sun etc. Pretty sure the police know this and know that the search there was pointless. Suspect that Lucy had involvement somewhere and knows what happened. Drugs and money probably involved.

yep could have walked down to the beach from los carrizales and then gone on a boat to a beach further south, went up into the mountains again and got lost or ill, if he was trying to avoid being found it makes sense he wouldn't be on the main road.
