@@THFlyFishing It's all good I thought those mountains looked like might have been Canada. Awesome spot man (I wonder if the shadow of the mountain had anything to do with those ig fish being piled up right there feeding in the afternoon). I watched your video on the dumbell minnow and I'm about to try tying it. I live in Bozeman, MT and I'm sure the browns will love it like you said.
@@nikorolfness1327 well the dumbbell is rlly cuz I was told we will be fishing spot so deep and the guy that was betting my fish bet I couldn’t touch bottom so as a fly tyer I wanted a fly that will get to the bottom fast lol. It can be substitute w anything you want like Conehead. This was early morning which imo is the best time for bull but brown and other trout are quite aggressive then and in the evening as well. Idk about the shadow of the mountain tho, i think it more time of day? Who knows, maybe the shade make them feel protected.
