I always saw tutorials on how to make some fursuit paws, head, ect. But I only watched them for fun. I never thought I'd be looking at them for me to actually make it! I have convenienced my dad to make a fursuit with me and I'm excited!!!!!!

Using pressurized air to blow the paint out of the mesh holes is GENIOUS!
Normally I use resin. Haven't tried using foam for the eyes ill give it a try
Wow after watching ur tutorials I feel like I've been messing us of energy because I've been doing it all wrong!! Like how you make the walls of the eye one straight line by folding it over. You have helped me ALOT in fursuit making,I am making my third suit soon and I am doing as much research in techniques :)

You can but you need to seal it with varnish
Do you have an opinion the quality of how sharpie works on the buckram? I don't have compressed air, but I'll invest in that if it will make the color look better overall!

I imagine so.
@DarkLeafeon sharpie will work but you have to make sure you really get the colour on there, plus afterwards you really need to seal it with a varnish or else it will fade through time or the colours may even bleed with the moisture/condensation from your breath

If you want to make eyes you need the head/base already so the eyes will fit into the head correctly. Hope this helps!

Can you use buckram for all the eye and not just the iris and pupil? Would that improve visibility, and is there a benefit to having them this way?
I'm confused... Do you get that weird foam / paper stuff, then buckram and paint the buckram the eye, make the shape of the eye with the foam and then outline it with the foame? Am I right?

Would you ever consider doing a tutorial for kemono styled eyes? I just like the look of the plastic/ acrylic/whatever they use but there's so little tutorials on how to do them. I just think it's be neat if people used the eye style on other style suits like toony, it'd allow more ventilation than the traditional kemono head style but still have the very cute eyes.

Is it ok if I just let the paint dry overtime? Or dry them with a hair dryer? Cuz I don't have a compressed air tool at home, and idk where to get one, but besides that, thank you so much for making this! This really helps me with the eyes, cuz I'm not that good at them, but now I have an idea, thanks! :3
The compressed air is not for drying the paint but for making sure that the paint dosn't cover the holes and you can see though the buckram.

You can buy cans of compressed air that should work just as well. A single can can go for as little at $8 and should work just as well. ^_^
Would putting a thin coat of white paint on the foam part of the eyes be ok for hiding some of the cut lines?
I wanted to modify a maskimal head from Walmart and I don't know what exactly to do for the eyes... I am learning how to make different types of eyes just so I can figure out what is going to be best for that maskimal I will be getting... This might actually help me....

What would be a useful alternative that a 12-year-old girl could use? My fursona is a Fennec Fox and I'm not quite sure if the follow-me-eyes would work best. I'm only 11 as of now, but my parents are fine with me making a partial fursuit when I'm 12 next year.

So i have a headbase that was sold to me from a friend of mine and the eyes came with it too (except the fact that she had given me the eyes but they weren't inside the little plastic things so they would be able to fit into the eye sockets, where can i go to buy something to put the eyes in so that they will fit inside the sockets?

This may be a stupid question, but I'm making a prop for a cosplay and I want to incorporate "follow-me" eyes into it. Is it possible to use this technique for it or will I have to use a different one?
I don't know what kind of prop but I would say try it

And what is "regular" paint? (there are many types of paint so you can't say regular paint, but acrylic paint are the only paint you can use for eyes). And you can make any style of eyes you want.
And yes, if you don't want the paint to block the holes (unless you use buckram with bigger holes), and it's compressed air (it also says in the video), the links to all materials and tools are in the description

I bought the same mesh you used, but I can hardly see out of it. It came with white paint blocking the holes. Is this normal? Or is it just me
