    I’ve been pondering pulling the guard off my new 2620.. think u helped me decide. I also have a new 225, but that thing isn’t strong enough to bump out extra line. I’ll keep that one as-is with the guard

    In that price range to me it’s really between the Echo 2620 or 2620T and the Husqvarna 525LS and my personal favorite the 525LST (a bit lighter than the 2620T) of course you get the speedfeed head standard on the Echo so that puts it slightly on value. I think the 525LST is a bit better design/build quality but you really won’t ever regret either one in my book…especially the T models…though you get a hair more head speed from the non T models so it’s all what you like. I might have to try my Darwin bar that way. 👍

      If it’s on wrong I don’t want to be right cause it is way more comfortable to use it the way I have it.
