  • Hey guys in this video we'll go over the value of Shakatu's Resplendent Box, also known as "scam boxes" in BDO. We'll also look into its sub-boxes, including Shakatu's Chest of Shinies, Shakatu's Chest of Rarities, and Shakatu's Chest of Luxuries.

    I'll take the free ones, but I'd never actually pay or go out of my way to get one.

    I dont need to see this video, rng boxes in black desert are a scam specially if you buy one with pearls.. If you cant buy what you want by just paying for it then dont buy.

      Fair enough, 99% of gamblers quit before hitting big

    Ur math didn't make sense, you value the box based on total avg value of all item while u get only 1xlowest value item most of the time

    • @Kashira25398
      @Kashira25398  Před měsícem +2

      I didn't use the average of all the items, I multiply the value by the rate of getting the item first, before adding all the values together. Since its more common to get the lowest items, as you said, the rate or "weight" is higher, so it affects the total value a lot more, versus more rare items. The average is not taken.

      @@Kashira25398that what I mean, you sum up everything in the box based on the % given while u only get 300m or worst 30m item most of the time. Alot people making video opening the box and losing silver. Its like you making a specific value out of a loterry ticket that you have no idea what it will give you.

      @@bakisu252 you will get the low priced items most of the time, but the low chance of getting a high value item still adds to the value of the box. The calculations done in the video isn't the exact silver you get from opening one box, its the average silver you will get if you open "infinite" boxes.
