Strange they never let Eric be back in charge of WCW solo. Sure he let guys get in his ear to make destructive booking decisions, but he also helped them beat WWF for a time. Russo's WCW creative was clearly bombing the second he got there. Should've given Eric a real second chance. But the people really in charge were ignorant when it came to professional wrestling.

Only WCW and WWF made money. ECW, much like AEW today, was wrestling for incels.
For dudes who can't get girlfriends and haven't progressed mentally from the time they were 12. "Oh blood" "oh weapons" 🎉
Makes it unwatchable to anyone who isn't (or doesn't have the mentality of) a 12 year old boy.

He definitely had it all together during WCW's golden-age and the early Ruthless-Aggression era. However, him and Hogan are credited as being the spiraling downfall of TNA while he also put in no effort running Smackdown back in 2019 when he was named creative director (a polar opposite to Paul Heyman when he was in charge of Raw).

Eric Bischoff is not a genius, he had the most talented wrestling roster and only beat Vince for 83 weeks. He should’ve won the war and WWE should be out of business. He had very little creative ideas once the nWo storyline was over. He let Hogan and friends run the asylum. The younger stars who should’ve been the next storylines but Hulk Hogan would’ve had to step back and not be Heavyweight Champion, his ego couldn’t handle it. Not wanting Booker T to be champion is an example. Goldberg was there last ditch effort to have a new character be pushed but that failed. Not using Bret Hart correctly and not letting him develop storylines was another big mistake. Eric Bischoff is the biggest moron in pro wrestling because he had everything handed to him, blank cheque book to sign every big superstar, and he did everything wrong because he tried to appease his friends and not make the right decisions for WCW. Wrestlers made a ton of money but the product sucked.

It was probably a bit naive on Eric's part thinking that WB would want to keep WCW on their networks after it was no longer under the same corporate umbrella of AOL Time Warner. And with Ted Turner no longer having any real power in the company anymore there would be no one fighting to keep it on the network. I think the executives were just humoring him in "yeah we'll let you stay on the air after the sale" just to get the ball rolling on the sale of the company. The AOL Time Warner people were fine in getting less for WCW knowing that they would suddenly have a lot more prime time real estate available to work with on their networks.

It's why Vince bought it for only $4.2 million ($2.5m for the IP, $1.7m for their archive). To put that into a WWE perspective, that's less than what they pay for some of their top-wrestlers in a year.

But he didnt cus.....im afraid i cant do anything with WCW without Hulk.
Thats why he didnt buy it and because of poorly negotiated contracts that would've put a financial burden from hell on his shoulder.
Im sure if he wouldve bought it we wouldve had 7 different NWOs by now.
We wouldve seen the character Hulk Hogan, Hollywood Hulk Hogan, the re birth of Hulk Hogan, the rebirth of Hollywood Hogan 2, and buy now his gimmick would be spray painting people with the letters OTH on everyone meaning Old Time Hulk or Over the Hill Hogan.
Oh wait, him and a flair would still be main eventing ever ppv to.
Soon be broadcadting the event from local retirement centers.
Matches would be 5 stars. Cus we would see real live nurses actualky stoppin the matches to give insulin shots and o2 masks to keep there respiratory levels high. They would need 3 med calls in a 30 minute time slot brother! Wooh!!

Bischoff didn't buy it simply because WCW wasn't coming without a TV deal and his investors pulled out. You're rambling. Posts like this are why people say wrestling fans are uneducated low IQ idiots.
