ummmmm the FAA does not investigate air craft emergencys and/or crashes. The National Transportation Safety Board does these investigations. I sooo wish the Media would do their homework

There are so little that happen its not a huge hassle some one goes out gets reports, pictures, and details of what happened. Then they just submit the report. If there is any major issues that could affect other aircraft then the FAA gets invloved with boeing and people using the aircraft.
