- EUC Pedal POSITIONS that I use
Electric Unicycle tutorial on different foot stances I have been using in my 6000 miles experience riding EUC. These are:
- PARALLEL foot position
- DUCK foot position
- SPLIT foot stance
- MIXED
Note that these are based and limited by my experience. This video is not aimed to be a comprehensive review but more like a concise overview of what I have been practicing in my 1 year and a half EUC riding.
Please feel free to add your own experience in the comments below - Sport
Here I am again learning some stuff. I want my wife tonget on a segway mini but idk. I might just get her in this lol
Great EUC video, love the tone, tempo, and information.
Thank you so much 😊
Thank you Alexis. You are amazing. Your materials are very good and digestive. Simple, clear way to explain what's the point in the positioning or manoeuvres. It is very good.
Super
Nice information / tips
Thanks 👍
video sempre molto utili 👍
Grazie mille 😊
Happy new years all!
Happy new year 🎉🎊🙌 wishing all a great 2023 and wonderful euc rides 😊
Do you think if i lower the pedal height i accelerate easier and quicker?
Yes you will accelate faster and feel better stability with lower pedsl hangers as this will lower the center of mass. However, be careful about pedal clipping. That is the major drawback with having lower pedals. Also I would only use lowered pedal hangers with a street tyre not a knobbly since the gyroscopic effect would help keeping the street tyre more upright in favour of more body lean needed to turn, so less chances of pedal clipping.
Ah. How I miss those earlier days when pedal placement meant something. So cute.
I think we can always unlock new skills with practice and by moving away from our comfort zone, including feet stance. We are never too experienced to learn and try new things 😉
@@alexiszakariene that's exactly my point. When I jump on my EUC these days, I can work with just any foot placement. One foot, two feet, even, staggered, doesn't matter.
Niceeeee 🤩🤩 well done!!! I am still working on that as I keep changing wheels and pads so it feels almost starting from anew every time 😉
You are well beyond intermediate
I am duck stance, but I don't know why Riders tell me I am wrong.
Every rider has got their own style of riding. I have seen plenty of riders using different ways of controlling the wheel without issues. No worries and carry on 😉🙌
I don't think you're ever wrong. Half of what people say works for me and half of what people say is absolutely best doesn't work for me at all! All I know is I'm having a blast and I'm not crashing!
