Planned Work: Because of Track Replacement, there were no (5) Trains between East 180th Street and Eastchester-Dyre Avenue.
1. Weekday (5) Trains ran between Flatbush Avenue and East 180th Street
2. Weekend (5) Trains ran between Bowling Green and East 180th Street
3. Rush Hour (5) Trains that ran to / from @ Nereid Avenue ran local between 149th Street and East 180th Street
4. After PM Rush Hours, the last few Brooklyn bound (5) Trains that terminate @ Crown Heights-Utica Avenue were extended to New Lots Avenue - Auta a dopravní prostředky
Wish the New Lots Avenue extension was permanent tbh
I heard it was, around from 1990’s til 2002 it ran to New Lots during AM rush hour while using the Redbirds.
Nice ride! It’s good to see the 5 trains run to New Lots Avenue. The MTA needs to strongly consider making those last trains to Utica Avenue run to New Lots Avenue normally, since they’re layups to the yard.

And the 4:54 PM train from Dyre Av to Utica. That also goes to the storage, revised as it was previously the 4th train to Utica to the Yard.

I read the description, and it says that trains to/from Nereid Avenue ran local in the Bronx. When I was at East 180th Street on Tuesday, they ran express in the Bronx, and then switched to the local tracks.
Interesting because Nereid bound 5 trains were running local on Wednesday which was lame. Some even did a battery run on the local too
