Please keep the lentil recipes coming. Amazon accidentally sent me $200 worth of brown lentils when I ordered red lentils this year. IT'S AN ISSUE! :) I'm going to try to add some soycurl crumbles to this recipe. Also, you can get a cheap plastic bottle funnel in lieu of using parchment paper to fill your squeeze bottles. I use one for when I make my own BBQ sauce and salad dressings and I store in glass bottles I've saved from grocery store salad dressings.

It's funny how all of us 21st century vegetarians/vegans are rediscovering "hippy" vegetarian cuisine! I'm really enjoying lentils, cashews, brown rice, chickpea, and all those classic ingredients! But think the newer generation has found the sweet spot with processes and preparation! I for one adore experimenting with spice blends and lentils are the most "friendly" when it come to accommodating a variety of flavors!

The Sorted Food guys recently posted a recipe where they made a standard British Bolognese sauce, replacing half the ground beef with lentils, and people in the comments were amazed (except for the ones that had been doing this for economic reasons for years).
