Dr. William, you are so awesome! I found your video after I had my lipo and BBL because my doctor didn’t give me much information for recovery. The doctor did high definition liposuction on me, I thought the fake muscle tone I have on my body from the HD lipo looks like patches of fat pockets on my body:( i’m going to wait for 12 months at least and then I will fly to Miami to see you to have my second round of BBL done by you for sure! I wish you were the doctor did my first one😭

Update: I decided to go with the GOAT 🐐 and get this OGEE lipo/bbl especially since I’ve lost 40lbs where I lost my butt and have horrible hip dips. Put down my deposit and ready to get a call from his team to make sure I got my date I wanted! Hope to hear from them soon so I can get other arrangements starts! Anybody know or recommend a recovery home close by his new location?
Hi Dr, I hope you're well. Two questions for you if you don't mind. How long after fat transfer are you in the clear in terms of fat survival ? E.g after 6 weeks is the fat that survives permanent? Also, I've watched almost all your videos and you don't seem to mention cavitation or the use of RF devices post op, what's your stance on them? I'd love to hear your thoughts. As a CRNA i'm extremely impressed by the depth of your teaching and passion that is evident. God bless you and may your passions continue to flourish
I would say 6 weeks after surgery is usually a time where all the fat that has survived is permanent and it usually gets a little fuller at that time (think fluff ferry) or even a little later on as well. I think the RF devices are good for the skin but the problem becomes if patients only use this technique. Rolling is very underutilized.

Dear Dr William, i do have a question, that i can't find the answer to. I do have the same shape or even a lot more love handle fat, i naturally only gain weight there and lose it at least in that area waaaay before somewhere else, if you take the fat out of there and place it into the butt, will this be my new fat-safing place? Or will this never change. Women in my family are on the curvy site and later way more that that, so i know my future... And thats okay.... Thank you a lot for your answer, it means a lot to me! 🌸
When the fat is removed from the love handles it will not return because there no longer are any fat cells in the love handles to hold fat. If you take those fat cells from the love handles and transfer them to the gluteal area to re-shape the gluteal area they are still capable of holding fat. If your caloric intake exceeds your caloric burning then those fat cells will store the extra calories. If you maintain your weight than the fat cells will neither grow nor disappear.

Is there a price range or time limits for round 2
Pricing for a round 2 is the same for a round 1. It is the same operation and takes about the same amount of time. I personally wait 12 months in between a round 1 and 2
What's the difference between a traditional BBL and an airsculpting BBL? Is that something you can perform as well?
Airsculpting, in my opinion, is a marketing gimmick that doesn't produce anywhere near the results of traditional liposuction. If you look over the years there are always "new" techniques like "Tickle Lipo" and "Smart Lipo" and many others that promise these fantastic results with no down time, no pain, no recovery and no scars. And everyone of course would like all of those things but it's like the expression "If it sounds too good to be true..."

Just one question, for those of us that are really thin, do you use sculptra or any other safe fillers in conjunction with own fat, to give more volume?..If not, have you ever thought about it? Because there is a demand for it, or even bbl fillers alone without the lipo downtime...
Fillers are fraught with problems and I would never use them. I can't even begin to tell you the number of patients I have seen with disfiguring results. I stick with main stream, studied, proven plastic surgery methods that have been proven over time to give consistent results in a safe manner.

Yes! Thank you for your comment! BMI is not as important as internal fat!

A breast lift will lift the breast but your volume stays the same. A breast reduction also lifts your breast but tissue is removed so your breast will be smaller.
Kind of a baddie already even before round one, bit of a shame. But more toys to play with on the bright side.
