    There's plenty of great cooks out there but very few chefs..
    Most of them try to be clever just for the sake of being clever..
    Be precise not clever when it comes to cooking..
    Just because you can do something with food, doesn't mean you should.

    Kinda sad because I've been to culinary school and I still can't appreciate all the work that went into that. It's kinda like those people that spend days trying to bounce a ping pong ball off 10 different things into a cup and finally make it.
