      @@light7560 bro it's completely depend on you and your potential ... But if you look at the majority of people who achieved success in any goal ..the only rule that works for them is consistency and determination ... In a 24 hours day if you take a rest of 8 hours then also you are left with 16 hours which is not less ... The thing that matters is how you manage and spend these 16 hours .. & if you have more potential then you can give 18 hours to achieve any goal ... But less than 6 hours of sleep out of 24 hours day isn't good enough specially in the long run because it will welcome chronic health issues like blood pressure, heart attack, Stroke and heart failure too

    Tbh I feel like 8 hours of sleep in your teenage years is necessary because I'm used to doing workouts daily which make me tired and if I ever get less than 6 hours of sleep I feel sleepy and less motivated

    I agree to every single word.... Im a engineering student presently preparing for placements and ICRB along with that doing freelance web and android dev to cover some expenses i have lived that life of 3 hr sleep and till date i regret it im trying my level best to sleep on time but still at night i cant sleep even if i try hard it becomes really painful to sleep and the result is i sleep at day times. And the big side effect of this sleep deprevation is anxiety and panic attack even small things make you worry a lot heart beats at like abything. I come from a very humble family background i have responsibility on my head that sometimes gives me nightmares that what if i could'nt do well in college and dont get a job im stuck in a loop i feel. Sleep is important guys health is real wealth.
    Your videos feel like a elder brother is teaching his younger brother about life.

    My sleeping hours is only 5-6 hours from 3 years . As a athlete Before my upsc preparation June 2020 , I did playing swimming at nationals . For upsc I take break from swimming field only focus on upsc but still I’m sleeping 5-6 hours . We should focus on our aims and however get to it

    Thank god, u said through yoga we can sustain 4 hour sleep, infact it is said that Arjuna had mastery over his sleep but sleep is very much related to our diet, if u eat alive food, like fruits, and salads on daily basis in all your meals then sleep quota will go down on it's own.

    I started sleeping 4-6 hrs as I did not want to waste time.... But after abt on one week I was not able to focus on my study... I became depressed bcoz of this
    And then I realized may be it is bcoz of my new sleep routine
    And seriously I slept for 8-10 hr on Sunday and the next day I woke up really refreshed
    I was able to concentrate on my studies properly and then I started sleeping 6-8 hrs
    Still was thinking that I am doing ryt or not but this video made me confident

    Janaab aapne baat to sahi kahi but jab baat ise misconception kehne par aayi to baat bigad gayi... Agar hamre desh ke pm bhi aap ki video dekh le to to kabada jo jaaye hamare desh ka!! Hamari human tendency hai ki ham 8 ghante sote hai... Agar sirf 4 ghante ki need ke baad bhi uthiye to utni hi need aayegi jitNi 8 ghante ki need ke baad, fark need par nahi farak hai aalas ka!! Body max to max 4-5 ghante me apne sare body tissue ko heal kar leti hai which is required for full efficiency to 8 ghante sone ka to koi sense hi nahi banta!! Aur rahi baat na 8 ghante ki need ki to yaad rakhna yeh general conception hai which is an average time for sleep, aur agar aap ise blindfolded follow karenge to aap wahi genral log banege jo sirf sapne dekhna jaante hai, yeh to sciece ne bataya isliye barna abhi to aaap keh rahe hote ki din me 12 ghante ki need jaruri hai efficiency ke liye!!! Sab bakwaas hai... Aapke jaise aspirant officer se is video ki expectation nahi thi....

    Here is solution take gautam buddha example madhyam pratipada, we live for target which we all fix , so if have 100 days then 80 days 8 hour,19 days 5 hours, 1day just before taget 9 hours sleep. Take protein rich diet,and ample water. So no any straight working hours of sleep work.

    Maybe your first video I partially disagree with.
    Your sleep time is determined by your lifestyle. There is no thumb rule that fixes your sleep time in hours.
    For example: if you're a vegetarian and don't do much physical work 4 hrs sleep is enough.

Three month so room se bahr nhi nikle h....... This sedual is only for yourr exam is nearest almost 4 to five month not for year dear..... Aaaag h to sab Kuch possible h

    Sir mai jee main ka preparation kar rha hoon and ye mera 3rd attempt hai , mai daily yoga & meditation se apna din suruaat karta hoon sleep bhi 6 to 7 hours maintain kar rakha tha BUT MERA dost mujhe bar bar bolta hai tum faltu ka time best kar rhe ho yoga exercise krke exam bad ye sab krna aur sleep time bhi reduce krne ko bolta hai, mai in sari baato ko kuchh time tak ignore krta rha but over a certain period I loss my continuity. Aur preparation bhi kharab ho gya.
    Sir my query is how to handle these type of people jisse mera routine affect na ho?
