What this tells me is that:
Life rewards those who live with passion and do what they love most.

Just wonderful, I've been looking for "how to get in the zone for sports" for a while now, and I think this has helped. You ever tried - Fiylianaton Glorious Framework - (just google it ) ? It is a smashing one off guide for discovering how to hack your flow state and succeed minus the headache. Ive heard some incredible things about it and my cousin got great results with it.

Kim Carmen Walsh Hypnotherapy every morning followed by 5 sets of Wim Hof breathing and an ice cold shower has increased my flow state by so many factors. I write software for a living. I also eat one meal a day. Been more focused than ever. This video resonates with me on so many levels!!

This talk was very enlightening and inspiring!
I just have one thing to point out. We know now that Malcolm Gladwell's 10.000 hour rule does not always apply; it is a predictor of success for certain fields, like competitive activities and art. But saying that flow can reduce that in half might be an overexaggeration because we don't know how many of those hours were spent in or out of flow.
And about the question in 56:10, music can play an important role in the regulation of our level of activation and a prerequisite for entering flow is having the ideal activation for the activity you are about to do. That's why music can help to induce the state of flow.

Is the choice of transcedental meditation counter productive for achieving flow state since it increases the default mode network region in the brain and stimulates alpha brain waves, not theta or gamma which is more related to flow state or other forms of meditations such as mindfulness?
Anyone has any insight about this?
    Looking forward to your answers!
Wish you all the best where ever you might be!
