- Spanish Wells is a district of the Bahamas. The settlement consists of a medium-sized town on the island of St. George's Cay 610 m (2,000 ft) wide by 2,860 m (9,380 ft) long, located approximately 500 m (1,600 ft) off the northern tip of Eleuthera island. According to the 2022 census, it has a population of 1,608 residents. Historically, the island was used as a last stop for the Spanish treasure fleet returning to Europe and Iberian Peninsula. Spanish galleons and Spain's medieval ships refilled their water supply from wells created for this purpose - thus the English name of the settlement: Spanish Wells.

One thing i notice about Spanish town is that the houses there aren't any big wire fencing remind me of Trinidad in the 70th in the countryside there were only flowers in the yards
I think coco plums is called fat pork in Trinidad. It’s very fleshy, doesn’t have too much of a taste with a seed in the middle.

I do understand your hesitancy of holding the starfish but that's an amazing experience. I don't think I'd get bored if I live there but to be honest I'm not sure. Another hit, love it. I have been to Spanish wells plenty of times, while living in Eleuthera. I always enjoy my visits there, had a very good connection there to get fresh Grouper and Crawfish. Oh, and those big juicy mangoes, I love it makes me want to visit right now.🤣🤣

i like your video of Spanish Wells and Russell Island, but i did not like how the lady with you did not want you to visit the Haitian Village, they would have been quite welcoming towards you.
They actually didnt want us to film there.
