    We are Jacob and Jenny, a husband and wife passionate about traveling the world. We started uploading in May, 2021 with a goal to see as much of the globe as possible. After visiting Costa Rica and French Polynesia, the time was right to quit our full-time jobs, so we left everything to travel and have loved every minute of it. Our goal is to make it to all seven continents and visit as many countries as possible. Follow along and be a part of the journey!

    It's pleasant to know that the majority of tourists have positive impressions of Malaysia. The population of Malaysia, which is composed of people from the three main ethnic groups that set Malaysia apart from its neighbors-Malays, Chinese, and Indians-is what makes the country unique. Every ethnic group in this country, is allowed to practise their own religion, speak their own language, and keep up their distinctive cultural traditions. English is still widely spoken in our country, even though younger generations don't speak it as well as we older generation did. This is due to the fact that, English is now taught as a second language rather than as the primary medium. You don't have to travel to China to get a glimpse of the country since a China Town is here. You don't have to go to India since there is also a little India right here. Malaysia is therefore truly Asia.

      @@geodarnodan6750 - The country you alluded to genuinely believes that they’re doing better than us, which is somewhat true, but, even while we want to be competitive with our neighbours, we shouldn't be jealous of other countries' accomplishments.

    Because we are a British colony, we are influenced by the British Education system and english is officially the 2nd language in public national schools. Plus we are exposed by an early age to local english news on tv, local english radio stations etc etc. So it's just a very familiar language even if u don't speak it too well. Actually among the locals, especially in the big cities, we commonly speak in a mixed language to each other. There could be 2-3 languages in one sentence due to the cultural/racial diversity in the country

    • @Liboch
      @Liboch Před 21 dnem +2

      Malaysia used to be a British colony but gained independence more than half a century ago. Due to Malaysia's colonial past and race diversity most Malaysians are multilinguists, speaking, and reading, in at least two languages, the most common languages on their signboards are in Malay, English and Chinese, but they also speak many other languages and dialects.

WE DO HAVE A ....TIDAK APA , BOLEH LAH AND CINCAI LAH ATTITUDE.....WHAT DOES THIS MEAN....IT MEANS WE DO NOT MAKE A FUSS OVER LITTLE THINGS AND ARE WILLING TO BE ACCEPTABLE OF MOST THINGS NEGATIVE WE HAVE A GREAT ATTITUDE AND MOST OF ALL WE DO NOT CARRY GRUDGES AND ARE VERY WILLING TO OVERLOOK SOMETHING WE DONT LIKE.
    BOLEH LAH IS CAN DO ATTITUDE
    CINCAI LAH IS ...OKAY NO WORRIES WHAT ATTITUDE
    TIDAK APA IS ALSO ...DONT WORRY IT WILL DO ATTITUDE
