One of my faves but you really shouldn't shy away from adding the fermented tofu to it! That really kicks it up a notch and gives it some funky flavor! I mean, what else would you do with fermented tofu? I am not a fan of putting it in porridge.

@@ChineseHealthyCook I put garlic in mine as well when I can buy it. I don't use a lot of the stalks I use them for soups I use the leaves for a side dish.
Looks great but why so much garlic? Would it still be authentic if half the amount is used?
It’s supposed to be very garlicky but you can adjust to your own liking.
