hey there, what is the difference between nam yu and fu yu fermented tofu?
Nam Yu is made with red yeast rice and therefore reddish it color. It has a stronger flavor and is good for masking the gaminess of meats. While fu yu is less so. Hope this helps. 😀
u need to break first the fermented tofu and add sugar and a little bit of water before ....just sayi'n
That works too. Thanks for sharing 😊
