PERFECT Leg Workout (TIME TO GROW!)

    This was a long video to film, seems like a full leg workout is one of the hardest things to film because you can't just demonstrate exercises... you have to really get in a workout.
    Started out with a variation for hamstrings that not only warms up but primes you for the squats to come. It's funny I thought for sure 25lbs would be too light even to demonstrate but that was a really holy crap I could get stuck down here grunt. Then onto a single leg stiff with a staggered stance which really lights them up. After that a burner of a entire leg exercises, especially glutes and quads by going lateral over the bench. Finishing off with a calf movement so they didn't get neglected.

    If you are following this channel Im sure you have come along and learned something. This dude puts a lot of effort for us as his followers and audiences. I guess it’s time to enrol into his 30 - Day program. Even if you don’t use it show some support so he can do something bigger and better in the future for each and everyone of us.     I really enjoy how you put training into terms that make it seem as if im going to die. Makes me feel borderline immortal until I'm at the end of my set staring at a light at the end of a big tunnel wondering if im about to meet God. Then I realize im just on the gym floor with some coach shining a flashlight into my eyes.

      No progressive overload no strenght gains this kind of stuff would be good for metabolic stress at the end of a workout but thats all

    I started watching you 12 days ago roughly and shared this CZcams 7 times. I often try to help people in the gym if bad technique, young, or look like they're lifting weights so heavy that if they were wearing glasses their eye balls would push them off.

    Today was one leg day for me. I do 2 a week. I'm very sore. I don't have cartilage in my knees due to an accident 16 years ago. But I'll keep on until the legs fall off. Love your videos. They help a lot!!

    Few days ago, i trained my calves and i use that foot swing move an think that iam genius thinking that i found a new exercise, post it on YT and get rich AF. Then.... Ryan came out with his new leg workout. Anyway. That move is killer for my calves and now im not even mad, but happy that i am thinking like him to find more exercises. Keep going

    My legs have always been my weakest point in terms of growth and I was taught to believe that you can only get big legs by lifting super heavy. I've just finished a leg session where I was only squatting 35kg doing 3 quarter reps and my legs have never felt this pumped or sore after squatting even when I used to squat over 110kg. I never thought this type of squatting would make such a big difference. I would highly recommend everyone to give it a try!
