It's far from top tier as far as humor goes. It's very much "brute force" humor. Just cram as many cameos in your face as possible and have that celeb say that one thing they're famous for (i.e. Kirk Cousins' "You like that!!!" or DJ Khaled's "Another One!!!!"). It's the type of humor that old people typically like because their brains have rotted too much and they're too out of touch to understand any kind of nuanced humor.
