    I just love that Brady went to the Chiefs locker room after the game to talk with Mahomes. He knew he was special. This is one of the greatest games ever. And a proof that Edelman is a HOF’er. This was just one of many playoff games where he was Superman.

    Man gives me the chills… one of the best playoff games in history. To look back and see what Brady, Edelman, Gronk and everybody else did on those final drives… it’s just incomparable to anybody these days. The level of synergy, the belief that they got this, the toughness and failure to ever panic. Bradys ability to read a defense. It’s like overwhelming. In arrowhead stadium, sub zero temperatures, against what we know now is truly one of the best teams in the history of the game. The sigh of despair you can almost feel when the patriots won the coin toss in ot. It’s over. The defense knew their jobs were done. This is special stuff - some of the best to ever do it on the field here

Also FYI - Tom was dealing with laser beams pointed at him and his eyes on EVERY snap. And of course no one at Arrowhead went to stop them as that's extremely unfair, dangerous and simply an absurd thing to do. But man he dealt with it like the GOAT he is - never even mentioned it. Just went out there, did his job and won. As per usual. Here's to the greatest to ever play the game

    Imagine being 41 years old and summoning your greatness against an absolute young gunslinger like Mahomes. I saw a rare footage from Brady after he was with bucs and a lot more nonchalant and he said the only way we could beat chiefs that season was keeping the ball away from Mahomes’ hands as much as possible. What an Era.

      I’m not here to debate who the GOAT is. I’m more than willing, as a chiefs fan, to accept Brady as the GOAT.

      I started watching football in general during Brady's legendary 2007 season. For some reason I had an unreasonable hatred of Brady and the pats and was always annoyed when they made it back to the SB. once he left he's became one of my favorite players and I wish I could go back and appreciate him more in the New England years.

    That's quarterbacking. The leader, the thrower, the decision maker. Great battle between great quarterbacks, great coach on both sides, the old dynasty of the last 20 years against the dominating force of the next 10 years and a potential new dynasty. Historic significance and implications, even more so when you look back at it years from now. Suspension, drama, back and forth, this game had everything. One of the greatest games I've ever watched. It was a pleasure.

      Greatest game I ever watched - in person was The Raiders vs The Colts in a playoff game in Baltimore. 3 OT's if I remember correctly, 7 touchdowns were scored in our end zone including the winning TD pass to Dave Casper of The Raiders.
      That was the mid 1970's, Baltimore fans were amazing....spelling out COLTS the way Jets fans do now....VERY LOUDLY....could hear it walking to the stadium 10 blocks away.

      It was more like 20 in the last 11+. They had the ball at midfield with almost 6 1/2 to go and they took 5 minutes in overtime. I hate calling it 2 touchdowns in 3 minutes because you start counting after the first one, makes it seem like you got a touchdown in 0 seconds.

    My heart was pounding like crazy and I couldn't sit still due to how nervous I was watching this game. And every time the Pats scored, I cheered but also kept saying, "but there's still time for the Chiefs to score..." And sure enough, they just kept countering every blow the Pats gave them. A legendary battle between the old Pats dynasty and the rising Chiefs juggernaut. Will never forget this one

    Brady is the GOAT. I watched all games in the 80's until now 2023 and I thought for the longest time that Joe Montana was the GOAT I was Wrong. Love him or hate him Brady was in a league of his own.

      That's why it took BOTH Brady and Belichick! They both put in 110% every game. Bill with defense, Brady with offense.
      The patriots can be good again with even a halfway decent QB and a decent O line. Their D this year was really good. And with basically all no name players.

    When I was a kid I was going against Brady because I hated him and the pats so much but I didn’t realize I was witnessing history one of the greatest games of all time right before my eyes 👀 😂 but I love now ❤️ Brady and the pats and have nothing to say but straight greatness and a amazing dynasty it was 😊

      I mostly agree! Brady has 7 wins. Mahomes has 3 wins. It is hard to get to the Super Bowl. And hard to win the Super Bowl. Mahomes is the only QB that has a chance and he is still young.

    I think of all things that solidifies Brady's legacy as the G.O.A.T. is the fact that 1. He's got a winning record vs his greatest competition at the position in his early career also in his prime and again vs likes of Allen in Buffalo and Mahomes in KC late in his career. 2. 2 of his wins vs Mahomes came in the 2 biggest games and situations here on the road in the AFC CHAMPIONSHIP and again in the Superbowl meaning he beat the guy he handed the baton to when it mattered the most.

    When I get depressed I always come back to this game it’s such a classic. The 14-0 lead New England got in the first half then the chiefs came out fighting the next half and the crazy “muffed punt” by Edelman and the interception after the muffed punt. How loud it got in that stadium each time it was 3rd and long for Brady and he would still convert them. Oh and Dee Ford in the neutral zone that took away a game winning interception for the chiefs. That was truly the super bowl that season

    The 2018-19 season was like the last great time to be a Patriots fan, I miss this season because it was the last time we were considered the most dominant team in the league! This game and Super Bowl 53 soldified us as the most dominant dynasty ever and the greatest dynasty! No team will ever compete with this!

    Just can't beat the GOAT. All there is to it. And I'm a lifelong Phins fan. This man has no equal on the football field. As much as I hated it while it was happening, looking back, it was a pleasure seeing all of those game-winning drives. And you knew he was gonna get it done before the offense took the field. That's how good this dude was. Respect to Brady.

      @@justiceprevail1552 That is a HUGE 'if' since scrambling type QBs generally don't have long careers. He's already getting a bit dinged plus the NFL makes it pretty tough for teams to maintain decade-long runs of dominance. Naturally, anything is possible but I don't see anybody coming close to what Brady has done.
