Basically Its a water-based formula that contains three key peptide technologies. You got Redensyl, Procapil, and Baicapil, Which The Ordinary says can target stem cells and increase blood flow to the scalp. This is huge right. Because we know that Subcutaneous blood flow helps in the anagen phase of the hair, making them grow longer.
You'll also find caffeine in it, which we know that caffeine, which I forgot to mention earlier, also alleviates UVR-induced hair follicle damage as well as stimulating blood flow to the scalp.

Here are my tips & tricks that helped me to regrow my lost hair:

Can I use a hair serum in conjunction with minoxidil,

Yes, you can. You just want to make sure that you're cleansing your scalp often enough to prevent build-up :)
I'd also recommend using minoxidil in the morning, then after a rinse (I wash my hair every day) and towel-drying your hair, you can apply the serum!
I also use this formulation exactly should we use life long both?
My own hair growth success journey was by doing the following:
1. Taoist soap for hair growth 2 times a week combined with paraben free shampoo on days i dont use this soap whenever i shower.
2. Stinging Nettle Leaf Tea to Remove Hormone Residue from the Liver: very cheap to find anywhere, fresh is better, but dried are fine too.
3. Bovine Collagen Powder 2x a day: this is actually the nutrition you need to help support hair, and it speeds up the hair growth as well.
4. Cold water vinegar rinse of scalp and hair: this helps stop inflammation further. I only did this 3-4 times a week. Can do daily to start with.
5. Massaging the scalp for at least 20 minutes a day for the first 30 days, is vital to get any results from this routine. If blood don't move, nothing will get delivered or toxins thrown away.
Helped my 39 year old brother to recover and keep his hair. and his hair is the best in his group of friends and others his age. of course be sensible, hair growth routines are effective because target many things in one go. doing just one of the above will not show you enough results, so make sure you can do it all.
