Birding in Singapore - When is the best time to go birding?.

  • An update on birding at the Dairy Farm Nature Park during migratory season in Singapore. It's been almost a year since my last video on Dairy Farm Nature Park mainly due to the Covid restrictions.. Some changes have taken place physically and some birds have also relocated. This is the best time to visit DFNP as it's migration season.
    (Just a note of clarification on the birds featured in this video that not all are migrants. Some are actually residents but that they are featured as they can be seen at DFNP even during the migration season)
    Corrections: The Blue-throated Bee-eaters are Blue-tailed Bee-eaters, while the Indian Cuckoo is the Large Hawk Cuckoo. Apologies for the typos.

    Correction: at exactly 5:54 of the video, the bird name is supposed to be "Blue - tailed Bee-eater" instead of "Blue -throated Bee-eater"

      No, it appears whenever it wants to! It's been spotted at various times throughout the day. You just gotta wait and see whose patience holds out.
