- On this beautiful day I decided to stop in Peñuelas. My first time in this beautiful town. The mountains on the background are just spectacular and I know you will agree with me. I was there on a Saturday morning and recorded some great images for you guys. Next time I am going up on those mountains in the background. This town is known for its Flamboyanes or Flamboyan Tree, a magnificent tree with bright red flowers.
