Gerd what you don't know is that you're already your daughters' first love. As a daughter, I can say with confidence your father will always be your first love..but thank you for wanting to be the best father you can..just be yourself and accept and love your daughters. By being the man you are, you will set the standard so high for your daughters. Every episode makes me cry. Coming from a broken home, having a father that wasn't solid, I appreciate this family more than you guys will ever know..I didn't realize how much my heart was broken and jaded until I started watching your CZcams channel..healing. Absolutely healing.
How wonderful to see Papi Lindo’s granddaughters learning these songs and making memories of their own. This has got to be one one the most special families on earth. Please keep making the videos because it’s exactly what’s needed in our broken world right know. These videos are pure JOY❤❤❤❤❤❤

I am literally crying my eyes out. He reminds me so much of my dad. My family came to the US when I was 12. They survived so much, but my dad never lost his smile & enthusiasm for life! Even when he was going through cancer treatments, he would try to uplift all of us & attempt make us laugh. He always found something positive in every situation. We lost him in 2016 to cancer & I would give anything just to see him again. 😞
You are so blessed to have this wonderful soul in your life. He is so full of life & light.

Dang this bittersweet…reminds me so much of my dad..rip I lost him last year.. almost same story he was from Honduras and my mom from Puerto Rico.. grew up Pentecostal and my dad always record us four girls singing… even down to the Central American accent…cherish those moments especially building with the grand babies..trust me I lost my “papi lindo” and would give anything to have him back.

I was on my way home from the airport once with my mom and the taxi driver said it’s so beautiful that you speak to your mom in English and she responds in Spanish and you understand each other perfectly. Seeing you taking with papi lindo reminded me of that & the beauty of the immigrant experience.
