    This is extremely useful. I like that it goes in stages instead of steadily increasing. Also, I like that it is four equal beats, which allows for more flexibility!

    Holy shit I just beat my guitar picking record/speed because of this. I made it to 110 bpm. I was always stuck at 90. I'm moving up.
    Alternate picking has always been a pain but if i keep going hopefully I can get even better
