I’m a 33 year old male who is also Autistic. The uncontrollable laughter occurred in me when I was 10 and 11. As I got older, it started to fade away until early in high school. Now I no longer have that problem. I guess some things just go away naturally.

My daughter does the giggling thing, especially when she's hungry. But she has none of the physical signs of yeast you mentioned. Her diet is carb heavy/sweet, so I don't know what to think.

It could be consuming high phenol food. Because phenol cause alcohol like effect on PST child.

Phenols are definitely something to watch for as well. For example, apples and pears are high in phenols and can cause reactions. Thanks for your comment!

It would would be best to have more variety, including protein and fat, and more colors of vegetables and fruits in the diet. It’s a goal to work towards, not something that you should expect to happen overnight.
