Here is Part 1 if you missed it:
• The Best & Worst Coast...

Airtime Thrills: Sorry my favorite RMC is Steel Vengeance
Squidward: How original
Airtime Thrills: It's also my favorite coaster overall
Squidward: Daring today aren't we!
Literally chortled
Hey he's not wrong.
“Dude Skyline just quit, these coasters are awful....welp that wraps it up” 😂😂
Kentucky Coaster Club haha! That got me too. 😂
Lol
I know Im pretty off topic but does anybody know of a good website to stream new series online ?
@Kyrie Dustin i use Flixzone. Just search on google for it =)
@Franklin Ronan definitely, have been using Flixzone for since march myself :)
Imagine putting all the best ones in one park and all the worst ones in another park
Versity Parrot that’s racial segregation.
You just described Cedar Point and La Ronde.
Coaster Fusion XD
Coaster Fusion you are an underappreciated youtuber
Versity Parrot thanks!!
Theme Park Crazy: I mean no harm to any of the manufacturers that created these coasters.
Airtime Thrills: Dude Skyline, just quit, these coasters are awful.
Me: XD
skyline: no. i don't think i will.
*P'SGHETTI BOWL*
When the best and worst B&M are both in your homepark:
Perfectly balanced as all things should be.
H-man but do they have a mid tier B&M?
@@DoswarePictures Yes. Intimidator
Ness_Playz_MC that’s number 3 in the park.
@@DoswarePictures And its a mid tier B&M
Ness_Playz_MC and you don’t exactly get why I called it number 3. Right number 10?
Idea: Underrated and overrated coasters
Clipz it should be in the same format as his winners and losers from his road trip
Yes
I love that idea
So an entire video about Steel Vengeance?
Overrated:SteVe
Underrated:Twisted Cyclone
8:48 I'm not paying that much for Looping Roller Coaster 1.
Lol
Lol
RCT3
I don’t think anyone bothers to name their coasters lol
@@jrlaps521 I do! I name all my coasters!
Steel vengeance will be hard to beat anytime soon.
Iron Gwazi(chuckling): you have no idea mortal.
Thorpe coaster photos I’m afraid that the coaster will be insanely good but it’ll have been too over hyped for it to possibly meet anybody’s expectations.
It looks boring. Steel Vengeance is just constant airtime while Iron Gwazi is a short ride with more large maneuvers.
@@Dayvidalerxarndar I counted and there are about 8-9 moments of airtime while SV has 20.
ayeeeee das my home park where i work so ill be one of the firsts to actually get to ride it :D
Sean Glassman heck yeah Busch Gardens Tampa! My home part too. Iron gwazi is going to be so cool even if it’s not top rated. It was fun when it was all wood so it will be even more fun with it being hybrid and smoother tracks.
TOGO PART HAD ME WHEEZING 😂😂😂
PlanetCoasterVideos togo=💩
@@ray-rayrambles3263 Imma go and disagree with that :p
Japanese TOGOs are great. Its a shame that American TOGO wasnt that good. I wished TOGO was still producing coasters though. Wouldve been interesting, having a mayor manufacturer from Asia as well.
sheeple ya I know they are good in japan I was just referencing that part in the video where he put the poop emoji up while talking about them :p
@@sheeple04 what about all those Chinese knockoff coasters?
💩
"dude, skyline just quit"
lollllll
I caught someones hat on mystic.
Someone in the row ahead of us had a had on and I said he's gonna lose his hat. My dad didn't believe me.
So towards the halfway mark to the turn around, his hat fell off and landed on the seat of our row, I grabbed it and held onto it for dear life with hands up. Gave it back to him on the break run. My dad was surprised it happened.
Mike’s Coaster Adventures I hope this isn’t r/thathappened.
Right before the shed
That happened to me on Wicked Cyclone the difference was that it was a rainbow poop emoji hat and I wasn’t able to grab it. The rider said they didn’t know the coaster inverts even though you could see the 0 G stall from the queue line
Somebody a few rows I front of me threw up on Shivering Timbers. Fortunately, they were able to aim it off to the side, but still.
I lost my hat on the original Cyclone at SFNE, me and my dad were riding in the front row and the hat flew off. When we were leaving the ride a guy caught up to us and gave me my hat. He caught it in midair after the initial drop. Pretty cool
I rode Max Force at Six Flags Great America when it first opened and the launch was INSANE. You would hear this booming throughout the park and it was just the launching sound
I haven’t ridden ROAR in years so I can’t speak on how much the ride experience has degraded over time, but as a kid when it was new I had a season pass and I never knew a wooden coaster could be so much fun. It was great! I would love to see it RMC’d though. Six Flags America needs it!
3:40 "I'll ride that next year."
Me: *Quietly sheds tear*
I’m so happy stuff is actually opening back up
@jacob lapsley only some my home park won’t open until next year
Theggsbrother11 what park?
@jacob lapsley six flags great America
In my opinion, gerstlauer's best has to be the smiler. It's just incredible, definitely my fav coaster ever
its more focused on inversions and less on airtime (i'm not a brit but you may be)
I think it's Kärnan in Germany
holy cow i’ve been waiting for this video since the first one came out finally!
I rode roar at least 10 times a year and as long as you're near the front, it's not rough at all. In fact each year it gets a lot smoother due to some solid maintenance, I also love the pops of airtime and strong laterals (imo)
I agree. I rode it last night in 45 degrees weather and it was fantastic. I've never been able to enjoy a ride on Wildcat at Hersheypark, though. I definitely think it's rougher than Roar.
Kevin Guffey yeah I find wildcat so rough and pretty painful, roar a little rough and never painful
@@TheCoasterCraze it is good in the back (rough) it has some airtime pops but very rough
I forgot about Shockwave at KD, screw that ride...almost ruined my trip with how painful it was!
Why’d you have to do Skyline like that 😂
because they aren't coasters.
BackSeatJunkie RCDB counts them as coasters so they are coasters
12:20 "Knott surprisingly..." I see what you did there.
That coaster turn around as the & sign in the thumbnail is super clever!
You should wear some mittens. Michigan’s Adventure has two CCIs and they qualify for both positions.
Dosware Pictures Shivering Timbers is amazing.
Also Wolverine Wildcat is a Dinn.
Or do you mean Zachs Zoomer, because that is not bad.
Blizzard I was mostly saying it for the bottom because it’s similar to the PTC Woodstock Express coasters.
Next year
4:43 gave me a flashback to Mr. Bones' Wild Ride
I wanna get off mr bones’ wild ride
@@motorwayt-s628 THE RIDE NEVER ENDS
Yesss I’ve been waiting for this!! Great videos
Always look forward to your vids. Great content, and this one was no exception. Really helped me not think about being stuck in a hospital bed with a bitchy nurse that I'm pretty sure is stealing my pain meds. I hate hospitals. Thanks for helping me get through this crap. I think you're one of the best coaster channels on CZcams.
11:44 Man, you're so right 🙌🏼 This summer I had about 30 rides on 'Der Schwur des KÄRNAN' and it never gets boring. So make sure you come over one day.
What a great idea for a video... Really enjoyed watching it.
You pretty much nailed it when mentioning possible favourites that you haven't tried. However in my opinion, for GCI, 'Python in Bamboo Forest' at Nanchang Sunac Land (China) takes the crown instead of 'Wood Coaster' at Knight Valley (China). And for Mack, I believe 'Helix' at Liseberg (Sweden) deserves a mention as their possible finest work.
You will love Cornball Express at Indiana Beach! I love about 30min from the park and have ridden it more times than I can count. The drop in the back is crazy with both ejector airtime and lateral g's. The main purpose of the ride is to provide insane lateral and a few good headchoppers
"Skyline, just quit. These coasters are awful." 😂
Damn the skyline shade was harsh but true. Idk what the hell they were thinking
I absolutely loved the transition to Fury 325
Sooo glad to have Carowinds as my home park! I only live about 30 minutes away from it. I always get at least 5 rides on Fury each time!
I rode Ghost Rider with my friends and teacher this year. We were practically levitating Lol!
Dead on with B&M!👌🏼Legend is amazing!!! Crazy laterals, and yes - jackhammering 😬I also hyped up Wooden Warrior and was left disappointed after making that trip. I was pleasantly surprised by Powder Keg and Thunderbolt at Luna Park!
Another idea: Most overrated coasters I’ve ridden (I know Canada Coaster Fan did this but I would like to see your opinion.)
For me it sa twisted collosos
Mine would probably be Great Bear at Hersheypark. It’s honestly not intense and short but it is smooth.
jasonbtw , mine will be Fury 325 and Intimidator 305
Jordan Animations yeah honestly Fury does not look like a top 10 coaster. Still looks great tho.
Jordan Animations In a list of Gigas, I’ll be okay if i305 is at number 3, for obvious reasons.
People at work are always like I binged "whatever show" last night, it was so good. I'm thinking I just browse CZcams for creative stuff like this.
Copperhead was a let down? Aw. When I went to carowinds this season and that ride was by far the highlight of the trip. The ejector air is straight up aggressive, the launches were weak, but fun, the hang time was impressive, the laterals were on point, and that Stengel dive in the back row was something special. #2 at the park for me. Maybe my coaster taste is weird tho, but it’s in my top 10.
I really liked your concept with these videos. It got me thinking about what I would pick.
B&M: You might find Firebird to top Vortex as the worst. For me, Firebird was far worse.
CCI: I haven't ridden Legend or NMR, so Boss is my worst. I have ridden Cornball Express. Very good, but it doesn't top GhostRider or Shivering Timbers. I do have it ahead of Boulder Dash.
GG: Voyage will probably top Hades 360 once I ride it. I got a good ride on Wooden Warrior, and I might put Kentucky Flyer barely below it.
GCI: I got a smooth ride on Roar, but it was boring, so it's at the bottom. I'm a huge Prowler fan, as I love it's layout and airtime strength.
S&S: I have Powder Keg above both Steel Hawg & Maxx Force. I guess one of the freespins would have to be my least favorite.
Togo: I've only ridden one, Ultra Twister at Astroworld, and I loved it.
Zamperla: Very unpopular, but Time Warp is by far my favorite. The only others I've ridden are forgettable kiddie/family coasters, and I actually liked Time Warp.
Gerstlauer: Monster by far my favorite.
Mack: agreed on both accounts.
RMC: agreed, although I slightly prefer Railblazer to WW.
yay part two!
I've been having motion sickness after riding B&M roller coasters that have corkscrews...so unfortunately this limits my B&M counts :( I don't know why this happened tho, I was perfectly fine riding lots of their coasters 10 years ago
But thank god now there's RMC! Never had any issues with their rides and they're super fun
definitely making a list on all of this! thank you!
Another banger from my favorite coaster youtuber
Airtime thrills you've inspired me to become a enthusiast (I'm 12) Unfortunately my family is kinda poor so I've only ridden Vekoma Zamperla and Hyperspace mountain, Matterhorn Bobsleds and The Coney Island Cyclone. Also I live a mile away from Luna Park. The Thunderbolt has AMAZING ejector airtime. Soarin Eagle is just NO. Steeplechase has a pretty nice launch. The Tickler is Okay. The Family Coaster, The Circus Coaster is pretty rough. Also make sure you ride the Slingshot. It is like the regular ones on steroids.
I'm 11
@@Weirdboi57Plays Cool!
Pigeon Lover623 I agree that Thunderbolt is a fun ride. Many say it’s rough, but I didn’t think so at all.
@@StamfordBridge It's not rough at all. The G-forces at the bottom of the drop is crazy.
@Patrick Cadiz Same! I have like a million pictures of them on my phone. I also feed the local pigeons monthly.
Giving my comment from someone like me who has ridden DC Rivals Hypercoaster last month I must say it really is one of the best Mack coasters in the world as it was really insane, there is so much airtime especially at the end with the ejector airtime hills, I would love to try out Time Traveler one day when I head to the US.
Shivering Timbers is a really good CCI from what I’ve heard. I hope to ride it next year!
I’d like to see a video of your funniest/most memorable coaster experiences. I think that would be fun to watch.
Man I love your channel bro✊✊
The Coney Island Zamperla coasters are all rough - Soarin Eagle takes the cake.
Never again!
Blake Whitfield Steeplechase wasn’t that bad when I rode it. Now, it wasn’t super smooth, but it wasn’t terribly rough either. Only a little rattle in my opinion.
That's the worst I've ever ridden.
Great video keep up the good work!!!!!!!
Yes! Totally agree with you on GhostRider! Not that I don't enjoy RMC conversions (I actually don't know, haven't been on one), but I was so glad when it was announced that they were doing a traditional retracking of it rather than a conversion.
they're amazing but won't resemble the original ride at all, also agree that i like seeing wood coasters remain as wood coasters if they'll well maintained. Kennywood is a good example, as they have three really old wood coasters, but they're so well maintained that i doubt RMC will ever touch those
Oh I haven't tried DC Rivals yet but now I'm excited to!! I was just thinking "urgh none in Australia will be mentioned cause we have such a small selection" but I was wrong hahaha.
Great video!
Yeahh I was excited for this
Me: *sees Coast Rider at **12:20* “Isn’t that Perilous Plunge?”
Connor Forbes This is not Perilous Plunge. This is Coast Rider at Knott’s Berry Farm.
James Shewan GP to Enthusiast right there
James Shewan he was talking about a water ride that was occupied by Coast Rider
The Togo part made me laugh so hard. I've only ridden two wooden coasters in my life, and I like GhostRider way more than Apocalypse (Termimator Salvation.) I need to reride both though now that they have been retracked and see if I have the same opinion
You are the first big coaster enthusiast CZcamsr I have seen mention NM Rattler. It's a sad day for us in NM because Cliffs is really all we got. We can go north to elitch's, but that's just as bad or get all the way to San Antonio. San Diego is almost closer than that.
R.I.P. Maurer they got ignored. As someone who lives in Australia, the only Maurer coaster I’ve ridden is Buzzsaw.
Wildcat: I'm a worst great coaster international ever
Roar: hold my beer
7:15Timberhawk is at my local park but the ride gives me a headache every time I ride it
To defend Timberhawk really fast, (as a wildwaves employee.) We are a very small park, with only 3 rides that hit all all the bucket lists of our Washington locals. Timberhawk being the top of them. Sure it may not be the best when compared to other coasters. But it is also fair to remember that SnS abandoned our park and the ride after 6 flags sold the park to the local family that owns it now. Not sure when you got on the ride. But repairs and maintenance were all done in house until 2018 when dynamic attractions took over matanice. They gave an overhaul and the ride is now much smoother. And now as of this year 2019, further matanice and care for the ride is going to be handled by RMC. We don't have the space, nor the money for conversion. But we do want to make sure that our guests have the best experience that we can offer.
Sorry to hear that you didn't enjoy the ride as much as other people do.
5:00 Cu Chulainn has joined the chat
I have ridden it, although its a bit unpopular, but its a smooth, fast-paced long ride with tons of ejector and floater airtime. Also a Gravity Group. Great ride
Speaking of Togo. I rode the heck out of King Cobra at Kings island as a kid. It was extremely uncomfortable back then but it was a stand up and the idea was neat. Hell we were young and fearless lol.
DC Rivals is so much fun for the whole ride. The non inverted loop and stengel dive are amazing and the three huge camel humps on the way back to the station are so much fun. Backwards is so much more intense than forwards too. I didn't expect it to make as much difference as it does.
czcams.com/video/n7vyoKrzPbM/video.html
That's my video going backwards. So much fun.
Rode the coaster at OWA this weekend it is rough but pretty good elements
I personally count Ghostrider as a GCI but I can understand why you see it as a CCI. My personal favorite CCI is Shivering Timbers at Michigan’s Adventure. That’s definitely an underrated ride.
Garrett Gower Michigan’s Adventure is my home park, so I agree with your choices.
Wait, no. Zach’s Zoomer is the best. The name is amazing too.
Thunderbolt at Luna park is definitely very rough, the ride ops staple you in the station harder than skyrush and the restraints have straps that don’t retract so you slam into them on the airtime but it’s still a good enough ride to marathon for me
The fact that Nemesis isnt mentioned is a travesty
Well I havent ridden it, and its a stretch to claim its the world's best B&M
@@AirtimeThrills yeah the UK got no love on these videos. The Smiler, Nemesis, Icon and Wicker Man are shouts for top 5 by each of their respective manufacturers
@@TheGreatGritzy And Megafobia
Wickerman looks good but tbh I found it boring... Smiler is fantastic however nemesis is a bit bland now. Icon...wow that's an amazing ride! Definitely worth riding!
@EFEZZE6280 that could happen to any rollercoaster.
This series is god tier video
Avalanche at Timber Falls was a great little S&S wooden coaster, although it got really rough in the later years
I'm going to Cedar Point for the first time this May! I'm beyond excited as I've waited over 15 years to go there! I'll finally be able to see the hype with SteVe. POV's I'm sure don't do it any justice at all
The Exterminator at Kennywood is a great spinning mouse coaster especially with it being in doors, so much fun.
I finally got around to riding fury and wow it lives up to the hype I was astonished it absolutely blew me away.
Other great Mack Rides (Internet consensus, because I haven't ridden any of these): Helix - Liseberg and Icon - Blackpool Pleasure Beach. Bucket List, both.
Love B&M. Great Choices!
Just as a heads up Holiday World's The Legend got reno'ed in 2016, with lots of new track and a couple new elements. Can't say if its done anything for the roughness (god knows I'd have to take a couple tylenol after every ride) as I haven't gone in a good couple of years, but it's something to look into. Also The Voyage at night is utterly epic.
Spot on, as usual.
You go to pay for the back row lmao no way. That’s like a 3 second outward bank lol
Yeah it's $15aud per person per backwards ride on DC rivals, it's really fun tho
yeah I was wondering if it was worth the $15 tbh but may try it once
Sugar Wolff it’s ok. Worth the experience but not worth repeat rides. 2nd to last row is the best row on rivals. If you are travelling from far I’d probably ride backwards twice but that’s it.
I was so suprised the predator and the mind eraser was in the last one, Darien my home park but I agree that they are pretty bad rides and the predator should get the rmc treatment asap. Btw my very first rollercoaster was ride of steel
For once an Australian ride was on a list! Good work DC Rivals, can't wait to pop back over once this virus madness is over!
I believe you forgot Hopkins. They are a relatively small manufacturer that has made under 10 roller coasters. The two that Ive ridden are both at Castles n Coasters in Phoenix, Arizona.
Saw Vortex and Fury coming a mile away on B&M
Those skyline things are flat rides not coasters no matter what anyone or any website may say
I agree
It uses momentum, so yeah.
There powerd roller coasters dumbass. Your not a true enthusiast.
Der Schwur des Kärnan (Oath of Kärnan) is indeed an amazing coaster! The best seat is the left one in the last row!
Spoilers!
The cew is featuring an medieval castle, a copy of the Kärnan Tower in Helsingør (Sweden). The tower of the HansaPark is more than twice the size of the original one.
You get in a room, in which the "Oath of Kärnan" decides, in which row you're gonna' sit.
The ride starts and after a sharp left turn you see the vertical lift in complete darkness.
The lift has a total height of 239ft.
The first time you reach the top, the train stops and drops backwards 160ft. in the darkness.
Than you go up a second time and than you're dropping 225ft. out of the tower.
First you're driving through an element, which looks like a giant heart. After that, the ride is running very close to the ground with speeds about at 79mph. The ride has a total length of 4050ft. At the end there is another darkride part featuring a heartline roll and a big right turn back into the station. :-)
The park has a view other coasters, like "Nessie" the first immovable coaster with a vertical loop in the world. Build by Schwarzkopf in 1978.
Another Gerstlauer "Eurofighter" called 'Der Fluch von Novgorod' (The curse of Novgorod) which has also a very nice theming featuring both a launch and a vertical lift.
Since 2019 the park is home to the worlds highest Gyro-Drop-Tower
"Highlander" with a height of 393ft.
Definitely worth a trip, if you're ever visiting Hamburg or Lübeck (Germany). There park is located right at the Baltic Sea.
Ya definitely need to ride Phoenix at Knoebels. Its like a right of passage for everyone in central and eastern PA.
I love a lot of coasters... but my all time favorite and one I would never get sick of riding is Ghostrider.. its just a great ride it gives you so much airtime I love it!!..
Idea: Top 10 Coasters with the best Airtime
Can you do a video about Busch gardens Williamsburg project 2021 leaks
RIP Indiana beach :( I never got to ride cornball express but I have so many memories at that park.
Also if you did not know, Quassy amusement park added new water slides in 2018 and you went there and the slides were in the front of the parking lot, so if you loved water slides too, you could have ridden those
I fully agree with your opinions on Skyline. The idea makes it seem like it could be fun but instead it's just painful. Horribly painful. I didn't know it was possible to make a ride so rough.
Compgeke imagine if another Skywarp is built and people love it. They’re gonna Blame California, just like with Green Lantern.
@@DoswarePictures I do kind of hope they can pull it off eventually. It'd be a fun family ride for its small footprint.
dollywood is my closest park and I was glad I saw a video of thunderhead on here such an amazing ride
awesome video idea
As someone who lives on Vegas. The Manhattan express ride was my first upside down coaster and wow it was a TERRIBLE experience.
I've ridden Timberhawk a few times, and it's at my homepark. I find it very, very ok.
Wannabe Hotwheels Collector at night it’s a much better ride, but even still it’s just decent when it’s running faster
Same timber hawks is like less then 5 mins away
It might be my personal Tennessean bias, but.... Thunderhead will always be one of my favorites ;)
Other ideas are E&F Miler, Pinfari, Reverchon, Giovannola, Maurer Rides, Soquet, SBF Visa, Hopkins, and Pretzel Amusement Ride Company
I need to lower my expectations for coasters my expectations for coasters are high because Carowinds is my home park and fury 325 tops it but not every ride is like Fury 325.
Gerstlauer (sorry for typo): Try the world record for the most inversions, being a good thrill ride even after it's latest and most damaging accident many years ago. May not be number 1, but it's neat even if you haven't ridden it. This comment also doubles as a trivia question. The answers are:
A. Laughing Gas
B. The Terror Ball
C. The Smiler
D. Oblivion
I will like to the correct replies (or some other reply, you don't need to answer)
Kumba is my favorite coaster. Granted only been on less than 30 coasters but it was amazing rode it 4 times.
Okay but let's talk about Gravity Group. The Boardwalk Bullet is in my hometown and its such a pain to ride, it whips you around and you come off feeling you experienced a first hand plane crash
Thunderbolt is the only vertical lift and drop coaster I’ve ridden and I’m scared to ride more. The restraints suck and the ops were super slow when I rode despite them riding 3 trains. They also might have been having issues with the ride. Not sure. But for me at least it was kind of uncomfortable. I’ve ridden it twice and soaring eagle once. It was closed when I went this summer. I felt like I was gonna fall out of my seat. I have a pretty good chance of getting to Nicholodeon universe within a reasonable amount of time since I have a couple friends that don’t live too far and it’s within 2 hours of my house. But I’m gonna wait until the park/mall is filled out a bit more and some of the initial kinks are worked out.
