Hey Andrew, I'm sorry for an off-topic question here, but do you know if there's actually only one grease fitting on Can-Am DS250? I've found the one indicated in the manual (for the rear swing arm pivots) but can the front suspension not be needing any grease?

Runs perfect! And I I’m not really sure why, the lack of power without removing the spacer is terrible, even when removed it’s still the slowest 250 in the class
Thanks for the help! Did you have any issues with the throttle after you removed the spacer? I cleaned the carb n removed the spacer and after I reinstalled it I had no tension on the throttle cable and also the engine was super accelerated? Can you help me out please

I dont get it. I just bought a 2021 model yesterday took the throttle cable off the top this morning and hope to find the red spacer to remove and there is none in mine I wonder if they stop doing it or not. I was kind of hoping it would be there so I can remove it to make it a little faster still seems kind of slow.
@@andrewarsenault4062 yea i mean my daughter is 12 and she light. So not bad with her on it. But I may do a 14 tooth front sprocket first and see. The engine is good but clutching dont put in the power band.
@@andrewarsenault4062 and it's crazy it's just because of the transmission type because the horsepower numbers are the same. A clutch kit and a different sprocket I think would make this machine 100% different
It actually won’t the spacer just keeps the throttle slide from 100% opening its completely fine removing and gaining more power. With the spacer in it only has like 75% power!

@@andrewarsenault4062 there is a governor, it’s a screw by the throttle, the more you screw the screw out the faster you can go
It makes it go a lot faster on mine when we did this it went from 20 to 40 mph
It's like a Rev limiter, it runs at prob 50% throttle, removing it now has 100% throttle available

So what could I do to mine to get it running like a 250 raptor? Just like a clutch kit.
Honestly the raptor 250 will probably still be faster but a clutch kit and aftermarket exhaust would probably help the ds keep up

Maybe a cable is loose
You may have reassembled the carb incorrectly. I believe you may have rotated the guts when putting them back in.
I have a 2020 ds250 is it just in the carb or ? Cause i was told it was in the left side of the motor cover

Take the slide out and try again make sure the locating pin lines up with the slide

Yeah dude I have read some forums and apparently you have to install a clutch kit for these to be even competent with the other 250s.
