I'm with you, the Aldi near me is a nicer experience than my local Lidl. I'm sure it varies by area. Fab haul :) I wish we had a Costco near us.
Fantastic hauls
Have you ever thought to buy 3 chickens 1.4 from Morrisons for £10, I buy these remove the breasts and freeze in two's, the legs I freeze all 6 together. Then the 3 carcass are frozen until I cook to make broth at the same time I will cook the 6 legs. 2 will be eaten with a meal and the other 4 I will make a stew with some of the broth, you can either freeze or can the remaining broth. These chickens have large breasts thats why I buy them. Thanks for the video
I’m glad I found your channel. We live on a small island and only have one main supermarket (Waitrose), so I love to watch shopping hauls and see all the fun stuff I can’t get 😂
So glad you like the videos and so happy you found me! That must be hard to not have different options to try or change up the shopping.
Love our local Lidl, wide aisles, no crowds, groceries indistinguishable from Aldi, prices comparable
I definitely I need to give it another go for one of my weekly shops
I prefer Aldi to Lidl and I do find it a bit cheaper too.
P.S. UK labels already state "net carbs", you don't deduct the fibre written on there as it is listed separately. It works differently than US labels x
I never actually realised that about the labels. Thank you so much. That is going to be handy to know when I am tracking my carbs! I can't believe I have been doing it wrong for so long lol
@uk_mom_life2317 I did keto a few years ago and this was one of the most common mistakes people made when tracking carbs in UK x
The bagged salad would last longer than the date. Put them in a container with a paper towel.im from australia and it’s hot here, it’s only way stuff lasts
Out grapes in freezer they last ages ,x
When you children there are more burden on parent..they need to work longer hours... alot responsibility....it nice to have children but it come with work... wish you and your family the best 😅😅😅
Give lidl a try...but not when you're in a rush! That stresses me out if I'm trying a new supermarket in a rush 😮xx
Agreed, need to try it out when I have got some time to find everything! I do like the Lidl near me especially the bakery section
First time I’ve seen your videos. I’m impressed with how well organized you are considering all of your responsibilities and commitments. I’m really looking forward to your budgeting and payday videos. I’m hoping you video your housecleaning too. Thanks!
Thank you so much! I appreciate that. I do my best to juggler everything like most moms out there. I sometimes do not have it together for sure.
Digestives with butter & cheese 😙👌🏻
I have never tried that, will have to give it a go!

I wish we had an aldi just so I could try it. I loathe lidl. I hate their fruit & veg, I don't like a lot of the "lidl" brand food and it bugs me as I still have to go elsewhere to purchase a lot of items lidl simply don't do as well as to get the basics of fruit and veg.
I know people who love lidl, but each to their own.
If you hate Lidl fruit &veg you’re definitely going to hate Aldi. It’s awful.
Hello from first time viewer of your videos. I am from the US and you have an accent from US not UK. Am I right?
Hi! Thank you for watching. Yes I am originally from California. I have been here for 19 years though.
Where in the uk are you?
We are in Bedfordshire
9 toilet rolls for the whole month??
Lol no I have some back stock and will most likely end up buying another pack towards end of month as do not have enough room to store too much
With that crap they will be pooing through the eye of a needle.
Great haul don’t really like Lidl x
