I have seen few Cornell vlogs and found that students have to walk about 10 minutes for reaching different locations inside campus. Just a query, why don't students take bicycle with them ? I don't any bicycles in the video either.
Hi Pratiksha, thanks for watching this video! When I went to undergrad at Texas A&M (which is a little bit larger than the Cornell Campus), pretty much all the students had bicycles or scooters. Here at Cornell, very very few students have bicycles or other modes of transportation other than walking BECAUSE the school sits on a huge hill. Biking down the hill would be fine, but it's very very difficult to bike around campus up the hill. Thus, we all walk. (Also, in the winter when it snows, the hill biking would be near impossible). Hope that helps!
