That picture your inserted comparing Joburg to Capetown was completely unfair. You could have easily shown Steyn City, Waterfall Estates, Blair Atoll, Sandton or any of the many upscale communities there to do a more fair comparison. But Capetown and the Camps Bay area still wins! 😊
He he yea, I suppose the picture is a bit bias , but need to point out that even in those nice upscale areas of Gauteng you are pretty unsafe and need excessive amounts of security.
