I have lived in a basement apartment before in a building that didn't have an elevator. I specifically selected the basement apartment since an elevator was not available.
The last home was absolutely BEAUTIFUL! I usually do not like intricate moulding but the last apartment it just seems to fit with everything. If i had the money i would truly express interest and submit an offer! The home just seemed so calming and peaceful.
Yes the last home was a really nice one. Dont see too many of those around!
