I don't like seeing you pressure yourself this much to find something "cool", just do your thing man. Seeing you enjoying your dive is a lot of fun for us, and being able to have this view of the underwater world as well; when you find something "cool" it's only a bonus really, don't rush it, don't swim past lots of trash just so you can maybe find a pair of glasses around the corner, as i said : just do your thing man, like you always did. On the plus side, the underwater commentary is fun, as long as you don't force it, some of your videos were especially soothing to watch, there are youtubers out there not saying a single word in their video and still everybody likes them (thinking about the primitive technology guy here), i'm not saying you should stop talking, just saying you should'nt pressure yourself into doing it for the only sake of entertainment. Other than that, i've missed you and your videos, it's great to have you back, and congrats on the engagement, she's a lucky girl.
Gotta say, it’s much more relaxing to watch when you don’t talk through the dive.

Haha yep.
I think talking under the water can be something great for the channel, the best advice I can give though is less is more. People are used to not hearing your voice and your thoughts, you have to ease into that.

Have to admit without you talking its much more asmr with the sound of the bubbles and the water, always reminded me of when i used to swim a lot under water as a kid. Also it seems a lot more that you are into cleaning the enviroment than just being into finding treasure and the excitement of you guys yelling inchoherantly out of excitement is much more exciting tbh.

I honestly prefer the quietness underwater without you talking and you updated outside the water
I gotta say the full mask that allows you to talk is cool but don't feel like you have to force it. I promise, you don't -have- to talk the entire time. We're entertained by your content already, don't feel like because you can talk while diving doesn't mean you should feel obligated to talk to keep us entertained.
*I think the videos are better without talking. I enjoy hearing nothing but the sound of the water around you and nature around*

I feel like I've upgraded to hearing what you really think when you're diving. It's mostly "I don't like this" or "that's scary" ;)
I enjoyed the chatter, was different and quite funny/entertaining. The knife is a rescue knife - the "line cutter" be for cutting seat belts/restraints and the butt section has that protrusion, its for breaking glass. Keep em coming Jake and love the colabs with all your various crews !

I liked it more when all you could here was his extatic whoops of happinness when he found something cool. It was interesting to hear his squirrel type thinking. He almost sounded ADHD.
It's like the scariest thing to watch when you talk while scuba diving haha, that creeped me out! But so funny.
I love the idea of you being able to speak under the water, but remember to try and regulate yourself! For some people, they really enjoy just watching these videos because of the peacefulness of the underwater activity, another thing is i think people will enjoy speaking, especially if two of you can communicate under the water, or you can talk about something important, it would also be fun when you see something shocking, just maybe try not to talk the whole time!

I liked and also didn’t like the talking. I think it was cool to hear you and explain things to us like the random bubbles and whatnot. It was also funny at some points.
But i do agree with some of the other people how it’s not as great of a video when you’re talking all the way through. I like just listening to the water bubbles and other things and then hearing what you found at the end.
I think you should have some videos with talking and keep some without, it's so cool that you can commentate while diving but I know that sometimes I just listen to the sounds and it's very relaxing. Having some commentary during dives like this, kinda scary or exciting is good but when it's a something like the underwater caves it should just be a dive without talking. Just a suggestion, love your videos Jake!!:)
