Every country has many, many various accents within it, some of which are stronger than others. I wonder where you come from so we can analyse how you speak and pronounce words. And those are not Brazil colours. They are the colours of the county of Kerry in Ireland. Each county has its own (football) colours. Don't watch the video if you can't understand what is being said, and certainly try not to show your ignorance. These were not drunk people. Just sport fans enjoying a day out, which happened to be the biggest day in the sporting calendar in Ireland.
