In this video, we explain how to connect the factory USB port to the GROM VLine VL2 system for CarPlay and Android Auto functionality. This demo video applies to select factory stereos in Acura and Honda with dual screens.
To retain the factory USB port and use it with CarPlay and Android Auto, you will need the C-VTOYUSB USB Retention Cable for select Acura, Honda, Lexus, and Toyota vehicles. It is available here:

The factory stereo must have a dual screen to be compatible with GROM VLine VL2 and VLite VT2 systems.
Once VLine VL2 is installed into the vehicle, the user can enjoy modern features such as CarPlay, Android Auto, and a fully functional Android interface directly on the factory car stereo screen without replacing the factory screen.
