at the end you put some fluid on the sides and use a wooden peg to spread it?

Hi! Thanks for watching. That is called burnishing and it gives the edge a nice smooth edge instead of the frayed leather edge. I use Tokenol on the edges before burnishing to help that process.

Sorry old boy however this the first piece of your work that I need/want/must be critical of; it looks homemade! The lack of finishing on the flap, the flat (2D) logo mark and no cushioning at all!!?? It’s a classroom project not a Swedish Maker item, not at all.
